I visited Pittsburgh 3 times this year in March, May and August and I went to this Starbucks a few times during my visit and the staff is great. The manager there he actually remembered me from past visits on my last visit in August nice person. I use to live a few doors down from Starbucks there and when I lived in Bloomfield I went there everyday now I live in Florida but when I visit Pittsburgh I always go to that Starbucks.

They definitely know how to take the order. But forgot how to make it. It’s okay 6 girls are working. Each of them are perfect chatterbox. If someone talks for 45 seconds out of a minute of work they should be immediately fired. But I think the person in charge of hiring is doing some sort of Social experiment.

The workers are always pleasant and helpful but the coffee has gone downhill. It's no fault of the employees but Starbucks coffee as a whole always has that acidic / burnt taste to it. Not sure what happened, but the bean quality has gone way downhill.
