I visited Pittsburgh 3 times this year in March, May and August and I went to this Starbucks a few times during my visit and the staff is great. The manager there he actually remembered me from past visits on my last visit in August nice person. I use to live a few doors down from Starbucks there and when I lived in Bloomfield I went there everyday now I live in Florida but when I visit Pittsburgh I always go to that Starbucks.

Normally I don’t have an issue with this Starbucks but this time when I got the oatmeal they hadn’t put enough water in it and essentially it feels like hard playdoh which is somewhat

The workers are always pleasant and helpful but the coffee has gone downhill. It's no fault of the employees but Starbucks coffee as a whole always has that acidic / burnt taste to it. Not sure what happened, but the bean quality has gone way downhill.
