morning I ordered a drink mine. came to drive-thru it turns out and she told wait and I didn't understand. and went to front. and I see a nervous smile which face which wanted to say that I told you to wait! I'm tired of seeing such people in the morning when I come for my order. put normal people and neuroses who are rude.

Didn't get food, but did get a frozen beverage which was excellent! Staff was very very friendly! I don't go to Starbucks often at all! I was in from out of state and met a friend here. The biggest drawback is their parking situation is awful!!
Parking: They have very limited parking on the front and side of the building. And unless employees park somewhere off-site, which I doubt, that means employees and customers sharing a very limited number of spots! It wasn't even very busy when we were there and I got the last parking spot available. I would think that they could be losing business over the parking alone because you can't even ride around looking for parking with the way the building is set up. Just doesn't seem like an ideal location for them.

The Greentree location is top notch! They're always very busy, but they've worked very hard over the past few years to eliminate wait times! Their staff is always incredibly friendly even with my boyfriend's ridiculous order. ? Truly, they are great people there. They're a joy to encounter early in the morning and that's extremely rare!
