They seem to really de-prioritize delivery orders...for some strange reason they refuse to include straws with Frappuccinos...that's just rude. how are people supposed to drink them? Even after specifically requesting straws, they will not send them. Enough...if they don't care about their customers, then I won't be patronizing this business.

Easy parking for a quick coffee pickup. The staff are very hard working and friendly! This place does get busy with the hospital and hotel nearby but the service is always fast.

they must run this place like the navy because they are FAST and EFFICIENT. mobile orders all over the place and they’re still getting everyone’s drinks finished in minutes. i have never had to wait when i order ahead. it is ALWAYS ready on time. everyone is really nice too. tip the baristas they work super hard and they’re all really good at their jobs :D
As somebody else already pointed out, this is a nice Starbucks. Service is good and fast.Parking: There's a designed disabled parking spot in front of the store that is usually taken by non authorized cars, blocking the ramp on the side, so you have to go all around if you're in a wheelchair.Wheelchair accessibility: The access is ok. However, inside there's a specific disabled-friendly low table that sometimes it's taken by able-bodied people, instead of moving to the high chairs/tables. It can be tricky.

It's been awhile since I've visited this location, but I always stopped for a coffee in the morning on my way home from work.Even at 5 A.M. everyone always had a smile on their face, and were always happy to get you your coffee!
