Got a matcha and it was fantastic! Person at the kiosk was friendly and helped me with customizing my drink! Overall this is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been too and I hope the company sees what these guys are doing and appreciate them!

I have ptsd from being abused when I was younger. In addition to being, high functioning, but on the spectrum. People that work here think it’s funny to do things to trigger me. I don’t think it’s funny or alright. I’m homeless currently and come here to read and for some reprieve. It’s not enjoyable to be mocked, and harder to want to brush it off when I’m typically on edge. Additionally I believe they put something in my drink recently. You never know what someone else is going through be mindful when judging.

Very disappointed my ice cold drink is completely melted I had to go all the way home to get a straw because I didn’t want to pay another dollar somewhere else for a straw after spending seven dollars on one drink with you this made me not want to ever come back to Starbucks something as simple as a straw

Gave me my coffee in a cracked cup so it started leaking out I said something she huffed and stacked it in another cup so it leaked into two cups. Made my order completely wrong. Last time I’ll tip before I get my order. I love Starbucks hate this store. First and last visit there. Extremely rude.

Once they started training everyone there and moving the regulars to other places. the coffees I have been getting is terrible.
I understand they are training, but they have been there for a while already.
