This is hands down the best Starbucks in the city of Pittsburgh. The staff are wonderful and it's the only Starbucks I go to that gets my drinks right 9 out of 10 times. They are more consistent and super friendly

My husband and i stop there before he takes me to work or we stop by there all the time. The baristas are always friendly and greeting us and one of the baristas will start ringing up our stuff as soon as we walk

On 8/19/23 horrible experience.My drinks were preordered on the bar and the staff was unaware of a fulfilled order. I put my drinks in a carrier and was scolded by the barista. Ridiculous.

This place really needs to be refurbished or moved to a larger location.Parking: The parking lot in the plaza is horrible
If you can navigate the parking lot, all your worries are over. Great staff. Food and drinks are exactly what they should be.

Horrible customer service. Didn't even get a hi from the cashier or even a smile. Then found out nobody there was in a good mood. Seemed overwhelmed even though they don't have a drive thru to worry about. Completely forgot my coffee as part of a two coffee and food order. Then when it came for me having to ask for my coffee again, with cream included there was still more than enough room for more cream. Why pay 3.50 for a coffee and not even be able to fill it up all the way?? Get home, and realize the bagel was barely even toasted. I would NEVER come here again. Compared to every other Starbucks across the country I've been to this is noticeably the worst customer service. Not one person there is representing Starbucks well at all. Also, looked like it could definitely be cleaned. There can't be a manager working here if I had to guess. Piss poor.

Stopped in today with my 2 little ones. When I was helping my 1 the other ran behind the counter. I quickly grabbed her and apologized and the worker told me to get control of her it was dangerous. I told her I was sorry I didn't expect this long of a wait where she replied "you can get back here and work if you want". I left, got a refund and contacted corporate. She was grouped with other workerslaughing as if she was a 14 year old child. Thankfully the man at the counter was extremely polite and apologetic. I will never return.
