One of the staff member is completely rude and racist. I used to come here everyday to pickup the coffee, and he is mad at me for parking too long. (Clearly I was not exceed the time limit for just come to grab my coffee) he claimed that he will tow my car if I park here again.

Love this place! So glad they recently re-opened, missed them in the pandemic but totally understood. Light, pleasant, clean place with all that Starbucks offers, run by very lovely people. On nice days, they put umbrellas and tables outside, across from the pretty little park. Good music, warm meals or cold snacks, fresh coffee of course, and my favorite iced Matcha tea. Indoors, very comfortable seating, choice of either tall counter or soft chairs and tables. Near Duquesne University. This is a gem in towntown Pgh.

New to the location, visiting from Tx and the location was great being adjacent to the Marriott. Customer service was great and very informative as we do not frequent Starbucks a lot.

I stop at this Starbucks on my way to work everyday and find the service is excellent. The only issue I found is that you can get your Starbucks points from buying thinks there, but you can't use your Starbucks points at that location.
