Received a 50% starbucks coupon in the Target registry book that you can only use at the locations inside of Target stores. I came here specifically to use it, ordered my drink and presented the coupon. Total $5.15...uh no, the coupon didn't come off then. The cashier said "well I scanned it". A very sweet gentleman greeted me by asking my name then proceeded to actually use my name when addressing me! I felt like a regular even though I've only been to this Starbucks once! YOU are doing customer service right! Thanks for the smile and chai!
Just your typical Starbucks, just located inside of Target. They are a nice smaller location - but they see a lot of business. Not the friendliest of staff, but they do a pretty good job of keeping up with the flow of customers.
