I am at Starbucks almost every day of the year. Once in awhile I swing by to grab extra ice. Today they refused to give me extra ice, saying it is now a policy. I asked to speak to a manager. She also refused to give me extra ice, was somewhat rude and absolutely refused to give me her name when I asked.

Trenta pink drink was filled halfway without strawberries :( and when I asked about it the employee was not nice. The picture below is how they handed it to me.

I’ve given this place several chances, but the coffee is never made as ordered. The morning staff and managers don’t seem to care that they can’t get it right. What’s worse is that when you politely point out the mistake, they argue with you about it. For a coffee drink that costs $9.63, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. If I’m willing to pay that much for a coffee, the least you can do is make it correctly, without the attitude. A bit of appreciation would go a long way, considering we’re spending our money at your store and helping to keep you employed. It’s not asking for much—just get the order right, show some respect, and maybe even smile once in a while.

staff attitude is terrible. i ordered cake and she threw it in front of me and left with a bad attitude. then they made my water wrong but they still acted like they didn't do anything wrong. so disappointed

When they have drink items in stock, it’s decent. Even though the food is prepackaged, it’s not necessary to Hulk-Smash the breakfast items before sticking them in the oven ??‍♀️

This location has the best service and the best baristas ever. They always have their drinks done promptly. They know me by name and greet me every-time. Even when I go there 6times in one day. Josie and Heather are awesome.

Abby was amazing today 9/9/23. She has excellent customer service skills, very knowledgeable about the drinks, and helpful to not only me but the other customers in line. She worked hard and efficiently to keep everyone happy while the rest of the team was doing their best to keep up with the orders but you do gotta have fun at work sometimes so I don’t blame them!! Keep up the great work everyone you make a great environment here at south hills village.

I really wanted a Frappuccino and I was really looking forward to it. There was a very friendly young blond woman at the register who was running around doing everything. Meanwhile a man with glasses and two younger women just stood around talking and let her do all the work. When I saw one of the women touch her face and touch cups in the counter I was kind of grossed out and just left without making a purchase. No Frappuccino for me.

Don't come here if your diabetic. Ordered a green tea no sweetener. I asked if there was sweetener the man said no took a sip and there was sweetener. Obviously dietary restrictions are not taken seriously.
