If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted to use my free birthday rewards told them once for a drink and they didn’t use it. Got back in line to use it on food, they waited till AFTER to tell that the free birthday rewards don’t work on food. Apparently at this target Starbucks. Thanks for making me spend 10 dollars when I could have gotten it for free. Terrible service wouldn’t recommend. Thanks for ruining my birthday. Never again. !! ?

I have officially learned my lesson. If you want coffee be sure to skip this place. I asked for a refund and instead had my drinks remade. Surprise, surprise, I received the same coffee flavored milk.

Usually very good at this South Hills Village. Today not good. Ordered by mobile, still took over 20 minutes and only after I asked about it. Many people ordering as walkup were getting their order before us. So many people waiting on orders looking irritated. The young girl making the drinks looked like she didn't want to be there. Coffees weren't very good but didn't want to wait any longer to have it remade.

I'm only giving two stars because the employees were nice and did attempt to remake my drink. I had ordered a basic espresso drink. The first attempt they put in caramel and vanilla for some reason so it was sickeningly sweet. I brought it back and they basically gave me a cup of foamed milk - there was not nearly enough espresso added for the size of the drink. Anyways I just threw my drink out and chalked it up as a learning experience. It's not worth saving a couple minutes, I'll just go to the location inside the mall or at the Galleria when I need to get Starbucks.
