Walked into a filthy store and not greeted by a tall, thin, lanky looking man with glasses standing at the counter. I say hello, no reply, I again say hello, still no reply. Ordered my beverage and got complete attitude when I told him to be polite and greet his customers walking in. This store is consistently poor when it comes to customer service, not to mention it’s always filthy.

They are refusing to accept stars under 150!!! It the Starbucks police people can get free coffee with 50 stars, but they don’t do it here!!

I stopped to get a hot venti matcha latte. I used $6 I had in my wallet to pay the $5.20 drink. The barista went on to make my coffee, she didn't offer me a receipt nor gave me my change back. So I stayed at the cash register waiting. She called me to say that my drink was ready. I said that I was waiting for my change. She insisted that I had given her only $5. And I was like: "No. YOU didn't count it. Why would you proceed to process my purchase if i had not given you the correct amount to pay for it? ". She opened her register and handed me some coins, she didn't even look at the coins to count if it was correct. After counting them and realizing that I had received the wrong change, I didn't care anymore. I simply got my drink and left. My drink was ok.
