This is the absolute worst starbucks! Employees awful. Last three attempts....they either don't know how to make it or they are out of it. Tonight....5:30 on a Tuesday night two weeks before Christmas and nasty employee say no decaf. WTH? Honestly so poor in every way. Skip. Hard pass. Good bye.

This location 910 Freeport Road ( right outside of Waterworks Mall in Fox Chapel PA) is huge, very clean, and has subtle lighting, at least at 5. am, which I LOVE because bright lights hurt my eyes.
The baristas were very kind and patient w me because it took me a minute to find my card. Everybody was friendly and I ordered the Peppermint Mocha Frappe and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!

Workers at this location are extremely lazy and are constantly \\\"cleaning\\\" the espresso machine between 8am and 10am every morning. If it's not being \\\"cleaned\\\" they just put up a sign saying it's \\\"down\\\". If you want anything besides a black coffee don't even bother wasting your time with this location. 9 out of 10 times they're espresso machine will not be operational.
This Starbucks is located within the Market District store. Although not a stand alone store itself, they do a good job making the drinks. The staff are friendly and the location seems clean so what else could you want. I recommend a stop the next time you are in the area.

This cafe close to the City Market is worth your inspection...order at the counter and it is delivered to your table (ours was a sidewalk setting)...their fare is fresh and varied...I had Gazpacho soup which I cannot routinely find at home and a wonderful sliced turkey sandwich on Ciabatta bread...staff were friendly and always willing to assist in any way...look this one up when in Fox Chapel.
