We go to starbucks atleast 3 times a week and this has to he the worst one. The manager Tim is very unpleasant and does not care about how his staff acts. You could be waiting forever and all he will do is stand at the drive thru. Don't know how he expects his staff to do work if the leadership sucks. He has terrible customer service and will avoid customers at all cost. Can't even get a thank you or have a good day out of this guy. If starbucks is going to charge so much for coffee maybe they should atleast give you someone who has a personality and good customer service.

My husband and I, had came here with his younger sisters to have a drink and have a relaxing day. Then the lady at the drive thru on Saturday July 13th at 1:40pm was completely rude to my handsome when he ordered his drink with sugar preference. She got a complete attitude with my husband, and made my husband order a different drink which end up being way more than his original order. Not to mention they “forgot” my husbands sisters order, and were completely rude about AFTER we paid for it.

Save your time and money, go literally anywhere else for coffee, maybe sheetz across the road. On mobile orders, even with tipping, the baristas still forget all your extras. Three times now I've ordered from this specific store and three times now my order has been messed up. Not sure why none of them can seem to get a simple coffee order correct ?♀️

Rating it 3 stars because the drive through is awful. I don’t think this one should be a drive through because cars on each side back up the street. I had amazing service from the employees. I don’t recommend going through the drive through.

The one in the south side isn’t very nice a lot of homeless people just hanging out and some shady characters sitting in there didn’t feel safe

I was here the other morning & was greeted by Michael with the cool blue hair. He made my day & reminded me that there's still good people in the world. Also the apple cinnamon hot cider was fire.
