Everyone is always nice at this location but this morning I stopped in to get a few drinks and I ordered a black coffee with halfn half and cold foam which is my usual— I’ve never opened my cup to add sugar and it be so low and they didn’t add the half n half. Little disappointed

Been going to this location 3-5 days a week for over a year and now all of a sudden the girl at the drive thru wanted to argue with me about how I should be placing my order 10 minutes ahead of time. If you know the company is making steady money from me why have the audacity to argue over a drive thru speaker? Completely blows my mind. I will gladly take my business to a different location. When you hire employees that dont have bad attitudes maybe I'll come back.

Michael ended up smiling & talking yesterday. And Henry was attentive cordial today. But my drink was missing the fruit pearls...the young lady made it right by giving me some fruit pearls in a separate cup to add to my Firework Frap.

Ordered a grande coffee add 1 espresso shot. Coffee was not marked and sat in drive through counter for 10 minutes. I had to ask where the coffee was. It was obvious there was no espresso shot added to the light brown coffee that was supposed to be a dark roast to begin with. Starbucks in particular has raised prices but also has begun to use less beans... Such a sad story. The service and coffee was horrible at this location.

The baristas working at this location are superstars and they all deserve a raise! We came here for a few hours this morning after the huge widespread power outage all over Pittsburgh. They waited on literally hundreds of customers and were fast, friendly and efficient the whole time. Despite the understandably long wait they made sure everyone was taken care of. If you come to this location tip generously because they deserve it!

We stop here each morning when attending events at Monroeville convention center. Easy to get into & out of parking lot (stop light), plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. We both get a beverage. Unfortunately, prices have cut back stopping in our way home for another beverage 😞

I didn't order any drinks or food for this trip, just a souvenir cup. The person who assisted me was kind, but I felt like a bit of an inconvenience since they were busy, and it took a bit for anybody to acknowledge me.

We go to starbucks atleast 3 times a week and this has to he the worst one. The manager Tim is very unpleasant and does not care about how his staff acts. You could be waiting forever and all he will do is stand at the drive thru. Don't know how he expects his staff to do work if the leadership sucks. He has terrible customer service and will avoid customers at all cost. Can't even get a thank you or have a good day out of this guy. If starbucks is going to charge so much for coffee maybe they should atleast give you someone who has a personality and good customer service.

This location is easily the worst Starbucks in the east suburbs. Take the time to go another location.

My husband and I, had came here with his younger sisters to have a drink and have a relaxing day. Then the lady at the drive thru on Saturday July 13th at 1:40pm was completely rude to my handsome when he ordered his drink with sugar preference. She got a complete attitude with my husband, and made my husband order a different drink which end up being way more than his original order. Not to mention they “forgot” my husbands sisters order, and were completely rude about AFTER we paid for it.
