Im growing very frustrated with the inability to follow directions here. Half the time they just make the standard drink with none of the modifications that Ive paid extra for and try to pass that off as my order. Ive watched them make the drink incorrectly and then they attempt to gaslight me by saying oh we definitely put that in there but we can remake it with an attitude. This is a regular occurrence and not just a one time thing. I wont even use the drive thru because I already know there is a 50% chance that they ignored my request for extra flavor shots.

I wanted to leave a reply to the person who left a review about the barista making a “racial” comment towards his wife by saying the pull apart bread tastes like monkey bread - and how he said he’s sure that. I such thing exists. Well, yes monkey bread exists, and yes the pull apart bread at Starbucks tastes just like it. No one was being racist or incentive. They were simply describing how something tasted. I’ve provided a picture of monkey bread. Lastly, I wanted to add that the baristas at this location go above and beyond in serving the community.

When my wife , whose African American asked for the person behind the counter to describe a simple cinnamon coffee cake, he very ignorant responded by asking if she ever had Monkey Bread, as if that is an appropriate or real description of it, in fact I’m sure it doesn’t exist. It was a young white male who needs to be corrected about social etiquette and not say things that reflect his racial bias. I expect management to act appropriately.

Everyone is always nice at this location but this morning I stopped in to get a few drinks and I ordered a black coffee with halfn half and cold foam which is my usual— I’ve never opened my cup to add sugar and it be so low and they didn’t add the half n half. Little disappointed

Been going to this location 3-5 days a week for over a year and now all of a sudden the girl at the drive thru wanted to argue with me about how I should be placing my order 10 minutes ahead of time. If you know the company is making steady money from me why have the audacity to argue over a drive thru speaker? Completely blows my mind. I will gladly take my business to a different location. When you hire employees that dont have bad attitudes maybe I'll come back.

Michael ended up smiling & talking yesterday. And Henry was attentive cordial today. But my drink was missing the fruit pearls...the young lady made it right by giving me some fruit pearls in a separate cup to add to my Firework Frap.

Ordered a grande coffee add 1 espresso shot. Coffee was not marked and sat in drive through counter for 10 minutes. I had to ask where the coffee was. It was obvious there was no espresso shot added to the light brown coffee that was supposed to be a dark roast to begin with. Starbucks in particular has raised prices but also has begun to use less beans... Such a sad story. The service and coffee was horrible at this location.

The baristas working at this location are superstars and they all deserve a raise! We came here for a few hours this morning after the huge widespread power outage all over Pittsburgh. They waited on literally hundreds of customers and were fast, friendly and efficient the whole time. Despite the understandably long wait they made sure everyone was taken care of. If you come to this location tip generously because they deserve it!

We stop here each morning when attending events at Monroeville convention center. Easy to get into & out of parking lot (stop light), plenty of parking, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. We both get a beverage. Unfortunately, prices have cut back stopping in our way home for another beverage 😞

I didn't order any drinks or food for this trip, just a souvenir cup. The person who assisted me was kind, but I felt like a bit of an inconvenience since they were busy, and it took a bit for anybody to acknowledge me.
