Rating it 3 stars because the drive through is awful. I don’t think this one should be a drive through because cars on each side back up the street. I had amazing service from the employees. I don’t recommend going through the drive through.

I love the service and especially the location. My husband and I enjoy it all as often as possible. I am wondering why the place has been closed off and on lately. Any ideas?
Standing at the front counter for a few min and the 2 baristas never acknowledged me or said someone would be with me. If I wasn't meeting someone I would've left.

I was here the other morning & was greeted by Michael with the cool blue hair. He made my day & reminded me that there's still good people in the world. Also the apple cinnamon hot cider was fire.

This store should be shut down cause they closed their doors every couple days. Even I do mobile order haft an hour ahead of time cause I need go back to work then when I come pick up my drink the doors was closed and they make me go to the drive thru wait in line for almost hour. Bad management ever.

My drink was okay. The store was quiet but may have been busy with mobile orders. My shots tasted flat but I had cinnamon in my drink so that helped a bit. Store was clean and staff was nice.
Turkey bacon breakfast Sammie was not the best but I ate it anyway.

Managers do not understand that their store is a public location and people are allowed to record in and around the store. In a public location you have no expectation of privacy. Management is well known for calling the police on employees and customers alike.
