Hi, I know it’s always busy but please make drinks right, like I know it’s a winter drink but still. I have ordered the Cran Merry drink 3 times now and each time have gotten it without coconut milk despite ordering it specifically with coconut milk. I even heard the workers discussing how it was wrong and then she just put the lid on and gave it to me anyways. Usually this location on campus is great for being on a college campus but recently it’s been rough, especially for how much a single drink or food item is.

I don’t like my order this time my coffee was water melted when I received it. And the mess up my order was no cold form for my drink.

I totally understand that it was a rush when I came in. But completing mobile orders that weren’t even there before doing my in-person order doesn’t make sense. 5 minutes before class started and I had received my drink and not my pastry, lady was prioritizing mobile orders. I kindly asked her if she could check on mine and she said she’d get to it when she’d get to it. Didn’t just grab my bag and fill my order quickly, I ended up leaving because it took so long for a piece of pumpkin loaf.

The server doesn’t know about the size call and yelled at my girlfriend. That happened 3 times already. And I will come back to yell at that server. Need to train for the behavior of the customer

Went in there this afternoon and asked for a matcha latte. The guy that was working was extremely rude and impatient with me because I said matcha instead of green tea. I had to walk away because it really threw me off the way he reacted. I appreciate how hard this location works to serve their customers but his attitude was extremely off putting and I will not be returning.

The drinks are never as good here as the usual locations I go to. Unfortunately the majority of Starbucks in my area close as early as 7pm & the latest is 8:30pm. So if I'm in the vicinity of this location & want a coffee then I come here. This time I was told that the espresso machine was cleaning & they couldn't make me anything with espresso in. The only thing I could have hot is tea. Went out of my way to come here & traveling is way too expensive now adays to start cleaning your equipment before closing time. I get every1 wants to go home at the end of the night but if you don't want to work at a place that is open to customers until 11pm then you should find another place to work. When I go out of my way to a business that serves coffee until 11pm I don't expect to have a menu with only hot tea on it at 10:45 because they want to leave early.

Absolutely disgusting behavior at this Starbucks. My girlfriend went ahead and ordered what she had wanted, she had been struggling to order two things from this Starbucks in fright of being judged. She had finally came to doing so and the worker had the audacity to reply with “god damn what else do you want.” If this man is still working when I get back to campus I will have to take this to the higher heads of the business and am not afraid to do so. Absolutely disgusting behavior met in a university Starbucks. Nobody should be talking to anyone with this kind of manner. I’m here to speak up for someone who is hurt from this and now doesn’t want to step into Starbucks again. Fix this problem because it’s not right in this day of age.
