Would give 0 stars if I could. Had a mobile order for chestnut praline latte the cup was half full no whipped cream or praline topping. This is not the first time this has happened at this location..Stay far from this location…

I was picking up an Uber order and as soon as I walked into this specific location, I could tell it was busy (totally fine) I asked the manager about the order and he confirmed it was still being worked on. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a tote of coffee. I could see when they started it to it being finished and it was just sitting there. I approached the counter again and pointed to the tote and said I think it’s done am I able to have the order (worked in a coffee shop for 5 years).. the rude front counter girl said its still being worked on so I asked can you give me a wait time she confirms it’s being worked on. I had to cancel the order which goes against us and we waisted time on making money. Will never pick up deliveries at this location again

I love this Starbucks! The staff is amazing and always do what is a hectic, difficult job with friendliness and professionalism :)
Every single time i customize a drink and order through doordash its wrong and ive called multiple times to report it to them so it doesnt keep happening.
We have been getting coffee on the weekends here for many years. Recently, there was a large turnover in staff with a resultant drop in service. I always ask for my latte to have no foam. Now, about 25-30% of the time, it has a quarter inch or more foam. My wife has instructions for the amount of chocolate in her mocha. This is often times incorrect. We hope service improves. If it doesn't, we will take our business elsewhere.

It needs work. If you forget to make a coffee- please just apologize. Don’t ignore the person. Then continue making the to go orders. That was very rude. And there is no need to scream names. You can be loud without screaming. The older woman at the register needs to be a more customer service oriented too. Not very friendly. I’ll be skipping this location.

I experienced great Customer service with Lyla today. I completely changed my whole order at the last moment, and she was so kind and accommodating about it. She even went above and beyond by writing me a nice note. Thank you! You’re appreciated more than you know!!!

If you are looking for a Starbucks that has amazing food/beverages/coffee as well as wonderful customer service, look absolutely no further than this location! All the employees, especially Halie and Riley are amazing people and exceptional workers who go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied and treated with dignity and respect while there! I also love the fact that there’s an outdoor patio with an awning and ceiling fans that customers can enjoy if they choose to sit outside! I recommend this location to anybody that enjoys Starbucks products!

If this is the Starbucks on Banksville Road, then this is the right review. If it is the Starbucks on Craig Street in Oakland. I’m sorry but that’s a one star review. The other Starbucks in Oakland wasn’t too bad. But none of them compared to the one on Banksville Road those people listen to you their baristas listen to you they treat you fair. They get you in and out. No one makes a caramel ribbon crunch like them on Banksville Rd., Starbucks.

The staff at this Starbucks outshines all others! My husband go to get my coffee daily for me and we just appreciate them all so much!! Thanks for always taking such great care of us!! You all are phenomenal human beings!

Can I just say there was an extremely rude customer yelling at the staff during a VERY busy time all because they shook her shaken expresso and these ladies did not even bat an eye. Love this one! They all need a raise for what they deal with ?

I recently purchased the ham and cheese croissant sandwich. It was terrible. I would have done better using Pillsbury dough and lunch meat. I'm not sure if they changed their recipe or provider but I would not recommend purchasing this item.
