The consistency of Starbucks from location to location never cases to amaze me.
Given the location across the street from City Hall, the clientele here includes lawyers, politicians, staff, lobbyists, clients, defendents, police officers, and the like.
Horrible service. Bad faces and treating people like cattle. Asked for cutlery and almost got thrown it to the floor.

Most Starbucks involve a bunch of waiting and annoying atmosphere but not here, no sir! *This* Starbucks is for "the businessman on the go", if you catch my drift. Express Starbucks, that's the idea here. Quick and efficient, and you have access to a long, cushy, unclean couch! Pretty epic. There's a table for business meetings and it's in a business building, so you know the only business that ISN'T going on here is monkey business!!!!!

I got three refreshers in a row that tasted like straight water: I am very disappointed due to the fact these are the worst starbucks refreshers I have ever had. There needs to be measurements or something because you can’t expect people to pay so much for something that’s not even worth it. I literally threw away two drinks and walked out with the third and i’m still drinking sprite instead. I have never left a bad review on any place but this really disappointed me

Did not get that first sip feeling from here, barista here must be a rookie or has no passion serving coffee, literally all the syrup they put in my drink is just at the bottom , I’ve seen countless others mix everything so nothing is sitting at the bottom, gotta do better and heat up your breakfast sandwich more too, why rush a sandwich getting heat up, if I wanted fast food I would’ve gone to a fast food place , take your time but not excessively either , nobody like a cold breakfast sandwich!
I don't even drink coffee, I come in and are greeted with the friendliest staff ever. I go in to charge my devices and stay to myself. Great vibe, great music for those who don't have headphones. Comfortable seating.Very welcoming environment with excellent staff!!

I only get regular coffees but out of the 3 starbucks downtown this is the only one that has it hot and ready every single time. They are good. Way better than the other locations. Sarah is also an absolute gem, really appreciate her going out of her way to make even the smallest details right.

I only get regular coffees but out of the 3 starbucks downtown this is the only one that has it hot and ready every single time. They are good. Way better than the other locations. Sarah is also an absolute gem, really appreciate her going out of her way to make even the smallest details right.
