this is by far one of my favorite starbucks ever! i am from ohio and have now moved to south carolina and i still dream of the caramel macchiatos that this starbucks made. the staff was always so nice and quick and even when it was busy we still got our drinks fast. the vibes inside are so nice and calming. to me, this is the best starbucks in america.

The consistency of Starbucks from location to location never cases to amaze me.
Given the location across the street from City Hall, the clientele here includes lawyers, politicians, staff, lobbyists, clients, defendents, police officers, and the like.
Horrible service. Bad faces and treating people like cattle. Asked for cutlery and almost got thrown it to the floor.

Most Starbucks involve a bunch of waiting and annoying atmosphere but not here, no sir! *This* Starbucks is for "the businessman on the go", if you catch my drift. Express Starbucks, that's the idea here. Quick and efficient, and you have access to a long, cushy, unclean couch! Pretty epic. There's a table for business meetings and it's in a business building, so you know the only business that ISN'T going on here is monkey business!!!!!
