This is the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. I came in with a friend to get 2 drinks. There were many people waiting for their drinks at this point. There were two employees standing around and talking to customers instead of helping an employee who had to make all of the drinks. He was clearly overwhelmed and the other two ladies were chatting with customers and serving them first over the people actively waiting in line. There were two other people that said they had been waiting for 15 minutes for one Frappuccino. After we said something, the one employee with piercings gave us a lot of attitude and complained about having to work.
Don’t ever go to this Starbucks while these three are working. Just go down the street a bit to the one in Barnes and Noble.

I tried to order on the app wouldn’t let me cause I was using my cc.so we went in . They were rude I asked for the chestnut one girl said yes on all drinks and the other said no. Had no chestnut, eggnog,sugar cookie,peacan crunch.i asked for almond milk cause real milk makes me sick . My drink wasn’t just wrong it’s cold for a hot drink extra hot a milk . The other drink was just gross on the white pep frappe. They need to get a manger involved or close this location.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited and I’ve been to A LOT of them as I travel for work. When I arrived there was 1 man in front of me waiting to be served, after I waited for a while the man told me he had been waiting for over 10 min and nobody had even acknowledge him. There was a young man (long hair) that kept coming and going and not even a hello or I’ll be with you shortly, no eye contact, nothing. At the end he ended up losing 2 costumers because of his lack of service. Will never visit this location whenever I come back to the Pittsburgh area for work.

If you have to pee they now walk you to the bathroom like a toddler and enter the code for you. This is out of control. And a dirty bar of soap with hair on it is your soap. Disgusting.
I ordered my food drink first and then around 5 other people came and the workers made their drinks before mine. I was the last drink made. This happened around 11:00 to 11:30

I've visited this Starbucks in the morning twice and both times the drinks were not good. Once, the coffee tasted burnt like she reused ground coffee. Another time the Irish Cream was not tasty at all and that's usually a great item. The morning barista does not seem friendly either. I will avoid this location.

I got a green tea Frappuccino and there was carmal coffee in it. I understand that my child was screaming and it was hard to hear, but it was a simple order. However washing the mixing containers completly is your job. It was one of the most disgusting things I have drank. If it had been strawberry mix instead of coffee, I would be in the hospital.
Slow, unattentive service provided by unpreposessing faces.Ordered the Starbucks Christmas Blend coffee only to be told there was none available (retail bags of the same blend were literally 6 feet away from the cash register). So...we waited, and waited to purchase 2 cups of Pike Place coffee at Starbucks.
Almost a joke...At 10:30 am on a Thursday morning my husband and I asked for two black coffees. Keegan, the person behind the counter, informed us they were out of coffee. The unpreposessing look on this person's face told me they were not joking. I responded with, "So Starbuck's is out of coffee?" I was then told it would have to be made. When I said okay, this person just stood staring at me. After a bit, I heard, "You wanna wait?" I said I would. When the coffee was done brewing, nothing happened. I brought it to Keegan's attention that the coffee was done. Without looking at me, Keegan responded with, "I have other things to do first." The other employee then got my coffees. If it were not maddening it might be funny.
Not open in the middle of the afternoon on a Sunday.
The barista was quite rude. When I am ordering a venti drink - I want it a certain way. She was not ready to personalize my drink and made sly comments about it! Finally I have a venti drink that I am not fully satisfied with.
