This location at Virginia Manor Shops is one of the best in Pittsburgh. The store is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The baristas here are consistently friendly, patient, and upbeat — they truly make you feel appreciated as a customer. My drink was made perfectly, exactly the way I like it, and it came out quickly even though they were busy.

The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax, study, or take a quick break. Plenty of seating, good vibe, and smooth service every time.

Highly recommend this Starbucks — they’re doing everything right! ☕✨

So I have been getting coffee in the mornings for about two weeks, the drinks are usually incredible and the staff is lovely however today I tried one of those protein drinks and I’m not sure it’s mixed properly, but as I said before the people,drinks, and food are all great

I would love to write your Starbucks here. I always go to the one in Southside and I definitely believe I will be staying down southside. I walked in your store at 7:29 and she looked at her phone. It turned to 730 and told me that she could not wait on me. It was not even a minute. Starbucks is telling me I’m losing points if I don’t purchase something and I sure hope today isn’t the day that I lose all my points definitely Discouraged to visit Starbucks in Green tree

I recently visited the Starbucks in Pittsburgh, and I must say, it is the absolute best Starbucks I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how smoothly everything ran. The staff are incredibly efficient and friendly, making sure every customer feels welcome and attended to.

The store is impeccably clean and well-organized, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The drinks and food are always prepared to perfection, with great attention to detail and consistency.

The standout aspect of this Starbucks is undoubtedly the manager, Taylor is. An amazing leader, they have cultivated a team that is both highly skilled and genuinely caring. You can tell that the employees enjoy working here, which translates to a wonderful experience for the customers.

If you're in Pittsburgh and need your Starbucks fix, this is the place to go. It's a cut above the rest, thanks to the exceptional management and dedicated staff. Highly recommended!

Not a fan of this Starbucks location anymore… I used to go there all the time I’m not going anymore… I specifically went in and told them that they made a mistake on my previous order and even mentioned that I would pay for the additional shot but still managed to pay seven dollars for my drink, which was ridiculous because I literally Told the cashier the last one didn’t taste right nothing was done about it… Disappointed and won’t go back

I bought a $6.90 peppermint mocha that had more than an inch of empty space in the cup. If I'm going to buy the large version, please sell me the equivalent product.
