I bought a $6.90 peppermint mocha that had more than an inch of empty space in the cup. If I'm going to buy the large version, please sell me the equivalent product.

Not a fan of this Starbucks location anymore… I used to go there all the time I’m not going anymore… I specifically went in and told them that they made a mistake on my previous order and even mentioned that I would pay for the additional shot but still managed to pay seven dollars for my drink, which was ridiculous because I literally Told the cashier the last one didn’t taste right nothing was done about it… Disappointed and won’t go back

Ordered a caramel apple spice. They were out of apple juice. OK so it's autumn, maybe have extra on hand. Or, I don't know, have an employee walk to the Giant Eagle grocery store that is approximately 47 steps away from this Starbucks and buy more?? Useless. Coffee Tree Roasters on Beverly is much better anyway. Save your money, go elsewhere.

The worst store in the south hills!!! Bad service and the worst hot chocolate. It was completely tasteless and I had to call corporate just to get a refund. All the other Starbucks are great except this one. Ugh never going there again. What a waste of time!

I have been frequenting this location since 1990. The last 5 years the store has had it's ups and downs and one altercation made me stop coming back for the past 2 years. I am thankful to barista Brian for his great service and kindness when I asked for decaf drip coffee today, and they were out of it. He went out of his way to brew a batch for me and it made my day. I know this simple request seems insignificant to most, but people who are recovered from cancer and are avoiding caffeine but still love the taste of coffee are grateful for people like Brian. Because of this, I will return to Starbucks again.
