The staff are friendly, efficient, and welcoming, even during busy hours. The store is clean, organized, and convenient to access, with plenty of parking nearby. My entire order except the cake pop was wrong. $50 wasted. No one answers the phone with the phone number listed. Customer service number says I need to take it up with the store and that $50 is too much for them to credit me, but no one at the store is answering. I will never come here again.

Just had the most genuine interaction with the woman working the drive thru line today. Her name was India, and she was so genuine and it actually felt like she was talking with you instead of the mundane “how are you” or “what can I get for you.” Her customer service felt like a human interaction rather than the calculated responses you’ll typically get from service workers. I was one for many years so I know! Overall, she was so sweet! I come to this Starbucks all the time, even if the line is long it moves quickly, orders are always accurate, staff is always friendly! Overall my Go-to Starbucks!

It is May 2025: And how about I just recently found out that this location is a DRIVE THRU ONLY Starbucks! I am not a Starbucks fan and never go there ….But I DO Go to other stores in this plaza….And I often wondered why the line was so long. 🙄 I just don’t get it? I don’t understand why people would sit in their car in a line so long that snakes all the way down and around the plaza parking lot, for sometimes upwards of an eight dollar 💲💲💲 drink! What a waste of money and time.

You better hope Zaria is not working if you go here in the morning. I asked if I could please have a straw, and she responded with an eye roll and a huge attitude. Guess I touched a nerve and ruined her morning by asking for a straw lol. I gave three stars because usually the other baristas ask if I would like a straw, and one of the baristas even know me by name.

The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because I liked my drink. The service was terrible. My friends and I had three orders and were treated like an inconvenience by the woman at the window. Example- when we were leaving she said “are we good” with her arms in the air and with attitude. The attitude started when I handed her $7 and she looked at me and said this is only 6( it was really $7). This made the process take longer and her develop and attitude. She then had to walk away to collect herself. I found this visit very upsetting.
