Just had the most genuine interaction with the woman working the drive thru line today. Her name was India, and she was so genuine and it actually felt like she was talking with you instead of the mundane “how are you” or “what can I get for you.” Her customer service felt like a human interaction rather than the calculated responses you’ll typically get from service workers. You better hope Zaria is not working if you go here in the morning. I asked if I could please have a straw, and she responded with an eye roll and a huge attitude. Guess I touched a nerve and ruined her morning by asking for a straw lol. I gave three stars because usually the other baristas ask if I would like a straw, and one of the baristas even know me by name.
