The girl working mobile orders right now hates her job. She has zero sense of urgency which the nice man working drive through noticed and jumped in to help. She yelled at him in front of me and other customers then went on to SLOWLY make drinks with a frown on her face so big I didn’t bother approaching her to tell her my order was wrong. Check your employees and put a happy face in front of the customers.

It's a nice Starbucks, though the location makes it difficult to pull in and out of the parking lot. The staff was very friendly and the store appeared quite clean. However, my matcha latte which I always get and have gotten it at a variety of Starbucks locations, just tasted like hot milk. That's a lot of money to spend on hot milk that was barely green.

Starbucks is absolutely one of my favorite places.. I probably get a coffee everyday. This was my first time at this location and the worker had made my order incorrectly. Upon informing the worker my drink was wrong, she picked the drink up, rolled her eyes, dumped the coffee into the sink, mashed the cup and angrily threw it at the worker that rang in my order. She then gave me a new coffee (that was still incorrect) and slammed it down in front of me! My order was literally a nitro cold brew with sweet cream! Very disappointed with how disrespectful she was. Probably won’t stop back at this location again.

I really don't understand why you put letters on the counter and then don't use them. If a name starts with a C, it's supposed to be in the A-G group, not the 3rd group of letters. It seems like a stupid complaint, but I don't want to have to touch everybody else's drink and look like an a-hole just to find mine because you can't do the easiest part of your job.
This location improved immensely since it's remodel.

Friday may 24th I went in ordered something and when the waitress noticed I didn't tip on the pad she said declined probably because it's Visa. I had a Mastercard. The drinks are getting worse and more expensive so I'm not paying $10 for a $6 mocha. They expect to be tipped when all they do is take your order. I went next door to Aladdins spent more there and got treated way better. By the way my "visa " worked there just fine. I noticed alot of 1 star reviews here just adding on . Don't know why I keep punishing myself coming here
