I love this place. You can ordered drinks by your choices not just theirs.

Cute little Starbucks but I guess light ice seems like more ice. Lol

They’re closed at 1:21pm on a Sunday. A bit disappointed as wanted some ice coffee but guess I’ll go somewhere local. Surprised they don’t have a larger sign up just this taped to menu

This Starbucks location is so great! They always have coffee but I have never had it! The last time I went, I got this fun blue drink! The baristas are very nice and helpful!!!
I wish their chairs weren’t wooden!!

We stopped here for a pup cup after my dog’s first chemo appointment. The girl at the window was so so sweet and literally wrote “congrats Avery” on her little cup. The lavender cream matcha is also 10/10

Absolutely the worst Starbucks. Guaranteed to get your order wrong EVERY time. When you do eventually get your order it’s made subpar. One star for consistency.
The staff here is miserable and literally will take 15minutes to complete my drink even when it’s not busy. They will all be standing around talking to each other. I believe my drinks being delayed is done on purpose all because I asked for my Expensive drink to be corrected.

Everytime I get coffee, it makes me sick. Tea is fine.

An absolute 10 came in on her birthday and not only did she NOT get her free drink, YALL DOWNGRADED IT TO A SMALL WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A MEDIUM. Absolutely ridiculous…
Frappucino was excellent, but took a while to get it. Had more people (I counted 5) socializing in drink making area than working. Very focused on their conversations, so I had to wait a very long time in the drive thru, at the window, to get my drink. Finally a manager asked what I was waiting for, then it was made and I drove off. Otherwise, as expected for Starbucks- consistent taste, quality, and quantity.

I totally understand being short staffed or not being able to open the inside. I work at a restaurant myself. But yinz could at least do the curiosity of shutting off in-store orders.. this is my 3rd time in a week planning my in-store pick up, and get there to wait in drive thru for 30 minutes.. 7 other Starbucks around. I gladly would go to those if I know this was the case… the sign is never consistent and on the door at different times everyday.. even more upsetting my drink never taste correct here..and is always missing at least 1 of my kind of customizations, that cost extra. It breaks my heart to leave 1 star.

I walked up to the counter to place an order but no one behind the counter looked up at me. There were at least 6 employees talking to one another. I looked at them all for over one minute —waiting. And then I walked out.
After a bit of time I went back in to let them know what I thought. The one employee was very apologetic and said it was a shift change and they were working things out. She offered me a drink and another apology so that was good.
