The drive through was active. Took a while to get to the order box. But my service in drive through was great. I ordered a grande medicine ball. It was perfection!!

I’ve been a pretty loyal customer at this store and usually have had good experiences. Recently, though, I ran into a situation that left me feeling a bit undervalued as a customer.
I’d purchased a significant amount in gift cards here, not realizing there was a policy about not earning reward points on those purchases. When I asked about it, the response felt a bit dismissive and it seemed like the staff were having a bad day. They were unwilling to refill my coffee when I stepped out briefly, which was a small thing, but it added up to feeling like my business just wasn’t appreciated.
I’m sharing this so others are aware that while most visits are fine, there might be moments where the customer service isn’t quite as warm. Hopefully the store can take this feedback and make everyone’s experience a bit better.

They’re closed at 1:21pm on a Sunday. A bit disappointed as wanted some ice coffee but guess I’ll go somewhere local. Surprised they don’t have a larger sign up just this taped to menu

This Starbucks location is so great! They always have coffee but I have never had it! The last time I went, I got this fun blue drink! The baristas are very nice and helpful!!!

We stopped here for a pup cup after my dog’s first chemo appointment. The girl at the window was so so sweet and literally wrote “congrats Avery” on her little cup. The lavender cream matcha is also 10/10
Absolutely the worst Starbucks. Guaranteed to get your order wrong EVERY time. When you do eventually get your order it’s made subpar. One star for consistency.

The staff here is miserable and literally will take 15minutes to complete my drink even when it’s not busy. They will all be standing around talking to each other. I believe my drinks being delayed is done on purpose all because I asked for my Expensive drink to be corrected.
