Paul is always a delight and the girl with the blonde hair had my order as soon as I made my way over to the pick-up side. Fantastic service.

Great location. Employees really are great and know how to make a drink with extra caramel. Don’t care for the placement of the starbucks. Have to listen to screaming kids while I wait. Otherwise great. I come here every week.

I’m usually not one to ever leave reviews, good or bad. But my recent experience here was fantastic! I’ve been drinking Caramel Machs my whole life
, and the one they made me this morning was hands down the best I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch the names of who waited on me or made my drink but it was the morning crew on Saturday July 26th! Perfect speed, perfect temp, perfect flavor ratios. 10/10.

Paul was absolutely hilarious! The coffee was good, but honestly Paul alone made the whole experience phenomenal. Got to see him joking around with other customers while I waited and couldn’t stop smiling.

I went to order a cup of ice water the man told me they do ice water with purchase .I usually go by waterfront and they never say that it’s always for free so this my first time over here Starbucks .0/10

Love this staff to pieces. Worked at this mall for years and have always been greeted with the upmost kindness by them, even on disgustingly cold mornings and weird tedious drink requests. My coffees are delicious and my food is fresh. And I love the doodles some of them will draw on my drinks :) makes my day every time!I can’t wait to see what this move into the new spot brings!

The make baresta not only got my order wrong which I was fine with j didn’t complain I decided to politely say it’s okay don’t worry about it I gotta go to work. He instead took my coffee back that I was trying to get back, crushed the lid taking more than half of my whip cream that was there and through it way. And then slammed the coffee on the table. Didn’t put anymore on that he took off and was overly aggressive for no reason while raising his voice. I don’t know why he’s being this way, I didn’t get mad nor was I demanding the missing topping for my coffee. Probably won’t go back here afor a while

Having a good attitude will help you perform good customer service.My first time at the mall, it was late and I assumed maybe they’re closing/closed, so I asked hey are you guys still opened?Response from “They” green hair… would I ask you what would you like to order if we were closed…The “person” is lucky…

Paul (I believe that was his name?! Red hair and Brittish accent) was an absolute delight!!! He honestly made my day and has a sincere gift for spreading joy and is just so interesting and entertaining! If he doesn't get a raise he should get a spotlight on a stage somewhere. Absolutely wonderful personality :). Thank you!!!

I have to give a huge shoutout to one of the gentleman there. I work in the mall and he absolutely made my day. I can’t believe I forgot his name, but he had bright ginger hair and told me he was British. He was hysterical and just made a wonderful experience for everyone. We talked music, and he just cracked me up in general. I’d been having a very rough week, so I can’t thank him enough for making my day a lot brighter.
