It’s time I leave a review! I come here all the time. The staff are very friendly and work super hard, they’re all so nice! It’s a nice spot to work too if you’re remote sometimes. Only drawback is it can get a little chilly with the windows and door opening a lot but that’s nobody’s fault!
I always get the same thing Carmel frapp almond milk no whip but I am always getting a Carmel crunch then the staff want to argue about what I just tasted I am here almost everyday they need retrained in the customer service and how to make orders oh and it taste plain not like Carmel there is no Carmel drizzle and I get tired of asking for it to be remade and arguing about what I am paying for

My barista, River, was such a sweetheart and made sure everything was to my exact liking. I have never felt so welcome by any employee before.
20 minutes for a coffee and nobody seems to care today. some days are like that here when the afternoon manager is around.

I feel extremely disrespected by manger “Curry” I come to this Starbucks all the time so for this grown white man to belittle me in front of store guest is crazy ! They made my drink incorrect not once but twice , all I asked was for a remake because the drink tasted extremely strong for it to be advised as a sweet drink , I ended up leaving my beverage on the counter and walking out with being told to order at a different location I will be calling corporate

Stopped in tonight about an hour before close. Typically, I’m just a plain black coffee drinker but recently I’ve been wanting to branch out and try something new. The only problem is the coffee menu might as well be foreign to me. Connor and another very friendly staff went above and beyond to educate me on all different types of beans and roasts. So thoughtful of them to take an extra minute out of their day and explain the coffee world to me. They made a suggestion on a coffee to try which I took them up on and it was wonderful. I will definitely be back and be sure to recommend all my friends in the Pittsburgh area to give this Starbucks a try. Again 10/10 Service above and beyond!

I hate to say this might be the worst Starbucks in Pittsburgh. It’s ashamed in spite of great, convenient location , Service seems to be very very slower than other locations (many staffs , by the way )Almost of baristas are obviously grumpy and rude and I didn’t see any passion of being one )Hardly say thank you or sorry when they made mistake (which was VERY OFTEN) .Stop by you will know what I meant, for me ,so long for this location .

I like this location because it has a TON of seating. The one issue is that parking in Bakery Square is really tough and you may have to park in the free parking garage that’s a bit of a walk from the Starbucks. However, the staff is always friendly and my mobile orders are always ready on time! Great place to meet up with friends and be guaranteed a seat.

My favorite Starbucks in Pittsburgh, staff is friendly, nice and cool, always in a rush myself but the seating is great, men's bathroom is always need some touches but being high traffic location make that a bit of a challenge, definitely worth visiting.
