Great atmosphere Super polite baristas Love the outdoor seating. It is large like the inside. Good place to meet up for conversation. Will visit again.
Parking: Good number of available spots. Enough for a full house. Not shared on sides.
Matt, the manager at the Starbucks location in on Freeport Road by the Jersey Mike’s sub shop is amazing. He was incredibly helpful another Starbucks messed up my order and he really came to bat for me and help me straighten it all out. Can’t say enough great things about the manager at that Starbucks location!

Unfortunately, both my coffee and my mother's caramel macchiato were awful. Her caramel macchiato was not sweet despite having all of the sweet things it's supposed to have in it? It needed sugar added to it. I'm pretty sure they forgot to add a shot of espresso to my coffee as it was very weak and it normally is not with espresso in it. Starbucks is too expensive to waste money on crappy coffee!

I come here at least 3 times a week. And the most frustrating thing is my coffee is almost never made right or it’s cold. And they never stir the sugar and goodies, So it’s always at the bottom of my cup and if my coffee is cold then it never dissolves. My suggestion is to warm the cream up then add to the coffee. At least that’s what the baristas do at the one in Virginia manor in scott twp. No that’s a game changer!

This is not a starbucks!!! The real one is down the road further! 2825 Freeport Rd. There is no starbucks at 2261!! There is nothing at that address! Please fix!

It was good! I got a birthday cake pop and a Trenta pinapple passion fruit lemonade refresher and it was good ?
Great customer service; when I made a mistake in my mobile order they remade it for me at no extra charge although I said I wouldn’t mind paying the difference. Friendly staff and they remember their regulars. Grabbing my coffee here now on my way to work every afternoon always makes it a little easier heading in for a shift. ?❤️

There is a woman that works here named Helen who got disrespectful with my wife. Let me pait the picture for you. I have been here a few times. Usually to get a cheese danish and a green tea. Today I stopped today strictly to get a cup of water. Why? Because my wife, who recentlygot a part time job at Target, apparently had an issue with Helen. My wife gets a cup of ice water before her shift usually and for whatever reason today team leader Helen, clearly not wanting to give her one, denied the request and called her an opportunist for trying to get a water. I don't know if it's a race thing, (my wife has a beautiful chocolate skin tone and Helen is a middle aged white woman) but I would LOVE an explanation that makes sense. More importantly, I would Helen to apologize to my wife. HR will be contacted today (again, my wife works there, that is an uncomfortable environment to work in). .

This specific Starbucks seems to never make any drinks the same way and the iced coffee always has a sour taste to it, I’ve ordered my Iced coffee with toasted vanilla and cream the same way every time and it always tastes different. The mills starbs always gets it correct so I’m not sure what the issue is! Normally very quick though !
