I loved it. Unfortunately, the company closed it last week.

I am here at the hospital with my son we have been here for five days. And the one lady with dark curly hair is extremely rude! From the time I walk in the greeting on her face is unwelcoming. I ordered today and when I was at the cashier she asked my name as we all know Starbucks does. When the unpleasant attitude women did the order she just yelled what the order was not a name. So I politely asked who is that for because clearly I’m not the only one I. The waiting line for items and someone could have ordered the same thing. She rudely said is that what your ordered it’s yours. She needs not to work in. Customer service or she has a personal problem. So disappointed as if the parents here and staff don’t deal with enough. An unpleasant attitude should not be apart of the atmosphere. I won’t ever step foot in there.

It's great that there's a Starbucks in the hospital but this also means that it gets very busy with patients and hospital staff. It is on the smaller size so it can also get crowded. I suggest ordering in advance.
The staff was quick and cordial and they efficiently prepared my order.
Overall a positive experience.

For some reason there is a lot of empty space in my drinks here. I ordered an ice shaken espresso every other Starbucks has it full and better.

My drink was prepared appropriately. Some of the staff were clearly miserable and bothered by customers. I work at a corporate Starbucks and so I understand what goes on behind the counter, but it's still important to treat people with kindness. I expected more from Starbucks, especially one located in a children's hospital that is serving anxious parents.

Great, fast service and the quality was great. A little more pricey than a stand alone restaurant but overall a good spot. Convenient for visitors of the hospital

I had one of the best pumpkin spice lattes in my life last night!
The cashier obviously didn't wanna be there. It was uncomfortable. Should have expected that from a Starbucks.
Great staff! Sadly I'm here so much that they always remember my order. Very clean and fast!

Live the app for a quick pickup so I can go about my dad. The staff is always so friendly!
This is probably hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The coffee, in my opinion, seems to taste better here. I’m sure they deal with a lot working at this particular one, with it being a children’s hospital (emotional parents, rushing employees, kids running around) and yet, they always have a smile on their face. They have a little section where kids can play while they wait, and the store itself is always clean. They have the usual selection of bakery items and coffee drinks, I love the Smoked Butterscotch iced latte they come out with around this time of year, and the cheese danish.
I won't be purchasing coffee here again. I ordered a tall peppermint mocha. The drink was a full inch below the top of the cup, roughly 20% of the cup height. If they were leaving room for whipped cream, I didn't get that either. For a drink that costs nearly $5, I'll treat myself somewhere else.
Hours vary, and limited? 50/50 shot at getting your drink prepared how you ask for it.On a scale of 1-10 (2.3) majority of the staff acts as if they do not want to be there, and they're going out of they're way to do they're job.
This is a real Starbucks. There is a mini-kiosk when you walk in the front door, but that is _not_ what this location refers to. When walking in the front, you have to go to the right to get to this location, you'll see it.
