My drink was prepared appropriately. Some of the staff were clearly miserable and bothered by customers. I work at a corporate Starbucks and so I understand what goes on behind the counter, but it's still important to treat people with kindness. I expected more from Starbucks, especially one located in a children's hospital that is serving anxious parents.
This is probably hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The coffee, in my opinion, seems to taste better here. I’m sure they deal with a lot working at this particular one, with it being a children’s hospital (emotional parents, rushing employees, kids running around) and yet, they always have a smile on their face. They have a little section where kids can play while they wait, and the store itself is always clean. They have the usual selection of bakery items...
This is a real Starbucks. There is a mini-kiosk when you walk in the front door, but that is _not_ what this location refers to. When walking in the front, you have to go to the right to get to this location, you'll see it.
