My tall mocha protein boosted drink had odd flavors from previous drinks I think. E.g. cinnamon

I literally go here every day, without fail. They never have messed up any of my orders. The staff there is absolutely incredible. They are all so sweet and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Thank you for always giving me a reason to come back.
I come here at least once to twice a week. There is an older woman who works the drive thru in the mornings. She will make sure to reprimand you if you do not CLICK drive thru, and then tell you how many steps are added for her to grab it at the pick up counter. As a customer I would rather drive farther out of my way than to start my mornings at 6:45 am getting scolded for forgetting to click a button (I mobile order all the time to other Starbucks and have never had this happen). It’s terrible customer service, maybe she needs retrained or taken from the window. Sad to say this is now the third time and I am done going there.

the coffee is good, but i’ve found hair in AT LEAST three sandwiches and stupidly kept giving them chances… when they had sandwiches because they’re always out. i don’t know, a lot of the workers have long hair and i think hairnets should be mandatory to make the food because i’m disgusted.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time, but after today, never again. I walked in planning to sit down and order in a few minutes like I’ve done many times before. Instead, I was told I had to order something immediately or I needed to leave. The tone was rude, the attitude was terrible, and the whole experience just felt completely unwelcoming.
I’ve never been treated like that at any other Starbucks. The way they spoke to me was completely unnecessary and honestly made me feel like I wasn’t even welcome. If this is how they treat regular customers, I can’t imagine how they treat new ones. Don’t waste your time or money here. They clearly don’t care about customer service anymore.

Frequently work there when I need a change of pace to my home office. A bit noisy to have a phone conversation but fine to carry on an in person convo with someone there with you. For a time there seemed to be a lapse in cleaning the floors, booths, tables but they’ve made a change recently where I don’t notice it quite as often. The parking lot can get dicey- It’s a Starbucks after all - everyone wants their coffee and they want it NOW, so just go slow.
This Starbucks is an ideal location for remote working & studying, with great WiFi, access to outlets, good seating and table space, kind staff, and of course, standard Starbucks service and restrooms.

Love this location! I usually go to one closer to my work, but this one always does a fantastic job! The baristas are so friendly. I feel like they take their time here and make the drinks extra delicious!

The first picture is what I was served. The second picture is what I ordered. I find it frustrating to spend over $5 for a mediocre drink with 3 slices of strawberries and a dash of acai. This has been happening more frequently. Is it a money saving tactic for Starbucks?

The service is usually great, but the girl in the drive thru right now wasn't very nice to me at all. I ordered on the app when I was close to the store and went into the drive thru to tell them my name. She thought that I had said a different name at first, so I corrected her that it wasn't me and told her my first name again. She told me that they didn't get to my order yet and to just pull up, so I said I just wanted to tell you. So I pulled around and I tried to tell her my name again, she didn't hear me and i said it again and she got an attitude with me then closed the drive thru door. When she handed me my drink, she said, "Have a nice day." I know what that means when they say that to customers. I didn't appreciate that.

Did not make drink right, kids were too busy trying to leave than paying attention to detail. It was an hour before close, was made really sloppy too.
