Love this location! I usually go to one closer to my work, but this one always does a fantastic job! The baristas are so friendly. I feel like they take their time here and make the drinks extra delicious!

The first picture is what I was served. The second picture is what I ordered. I find it frustrating to spend over $5 for a mediocre drink with 3 slices of strawberries and a dash of acai. This has been happening more frequently. Is it a money saving tactic for Starbucks?

The service is usually great, but the girl in the drive thru right now wasn't very nice to me at all. I ordered on the app when I was close to the store and went into the drive thru to tell them my name. She thought that I had said a different name at first, so I corrected her that it wasn't me and told her my first name again. She told me that they didn't get to my order yet and to just pull up, so I said I just wanted to tell you. So I pulled around and I tried to tell her my name again, she didn't hear me and i said it again and she got an attitude with me then closed the drive thru door. When she handed me my drink, she said, "Have a nice day." I know what that means when they say that to customers. I didn't appreciate that.

Did not make drink right, kids were too busy trying to leave than paying attention to detail. It was an hour before close, was made really sloppy too.

Employees are on point. They recognize all their customers. They remember me and my friends and already started our drinks before we made it to the front of the line. Love this starbucks and all of the employees.

Dietary restrictions: You let then no about your dietary restrictions and they will tell you what they have for you so your stomach won't be messed up. Love this starbucks

Parking: There is plenty of parking even for the handicap

Kid-friendliness: Sure is. Very very kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes... they don't have a have a ramp for the handicap to walk up or wheel themselves up or down..

I stopped in yesterday to pick up an online order that was to be ready at 7:59pm via the drive thru, I arrived at 7:58pm and was told by the gentleman working the drive thru to in the future not to arrive until my app alerts me of my drink being ready. How about I just don't patronize your location anymore, thanks for your awesome service!

Cashier spilled drink on me in the drive through and asked if I wanted a napkin. Let’s use common sense, apologize and hand some napkins to the customer. On top of that, my drink was wrong.

Frequent this location. Its the only one that makes my drink correctly when put in through the app. However, the entirety of the staff has a poor attitude. They roll their eyes when asked for simple things that they should be asking the customer if they need in the first place. They make one feel rushed. Have heard them making fun of other customers and overheard comments made about myself. Store staff seems to be completely populated with immature children which is fair for the line of work but it doesn't encourage patrons to return.

Did not fill up our cuos. Order Fraps online and they don't fill up your cup! I pay extra for coconut milk - i want my cup filled to the too. Dont like the inside of this place, too dark and uninviting. Never again. UggghI love Targets Starbucks in Harmar. They get 5 * for everything.

I got to Starbucks every day if not twice a day. They are located inside of a hotel. They should be staffed to handle the visitors based on the conventions booked but they were not. The wait was unbelievable and the workers were rude.
