Be consistent when bringing in your own cups. This location needs your cup to be clean, fine I get it, it’s a saftey issue. But every location should be following the same guidelines. I had to go wash it in the bathroom. I’m trying to just save the 10 cents and go about my day

Starbucks as a brand is what it is, you know what you are getting and the food is not the best. BUT this location has really excellent staff who are consistently very pleasant and also very quick. I appreciate that about this store.

Great on the inside and very nice looking. However the outside seats are right near the trash and it stinks so bad. Very unpleasant experience sitting outside. Than because the trash is so close the flys are numerous. Probably the worst outside Starbucks seating in Pittsburgh

Ordered an oat milk latte and was served a milk latte. It tasted unusual, but I wasn’t totally sure as I am not allergic but rather lactose intolerant, only realize later with digestive issues. Can’t go back for that.

I give it four stars because it’s an average Starbucks, BUT absolutely stupid landscaping, they are going to get someone seriously injured trying to leave the parking lot with the shrub creating a monster Blindspot! You can’t see any of the traffic coming towards you that you’re intended to merge with! I had to sit there and wait for the light to turn red because that’s all I could see through the top of the shrub!

I go there daily, if not twice a day! I absolutely love the crew there! Special shoutouts to Alyssa and Gabbi. Gabbi always introduces me to new, amazing drinks. Alyssa and Jocelyn are always trying to help me find my perfect drink! Everybody there is amazing! Incredible drinks and staff. Highlight to my day.. every day!

Hands down the best Starbucks I have ever visited ANYWHERE!!!! Stopped here before our journey back to Maryland and received the best customer service I’ve had in years. The ladies working the counter were pleasant and got our drinks ready in a hurry.I have been to Starbucks from Seattle to Washington D.C., and I can tell you with 100% certainty this is the best location I’ve ever been too. Plenty of parking, the styling of the building is modern and wide open, and the place wasn’t a damn zoo!Our local Starbucks in Maryland can’t get a drink together in under 15 minutes. It seems like a minor detail, but this was the last stop on our vacation and it really left me with a smile. Very well done to this locations staff, management, and owners! Other locations should take note. Keep up the great work!
