I gave this locations 3 tries. I'm done. First try, opened when they felt like it. Second try, unprofessional customer service. Third, drink wasn't made right. Looked like someone drank out of it. Going back to the one by getgo. ✌️

Horrible service, sat in the drive-thru ( only 1 there no response) drove up to the window and asked if they were open and they stated they were. Went back to waiting in the drive thru, no response? Will never go there again!

So, let me tell you- I go past two other (closer) Starbucks to visit this location specifically. The staff is absolutely phenomenal and my drinks are always fantastic.

Specifically, the two folks that I interacted with through DT yesterday (09/18) morning were above and beyond kind. I feel they deserve recognition. I wish I knew their names, but I've had both of them frequently through DT!

They always make me feel welcome every time I come through. One person is a bit taller and has some serious makeup skills. The other person has a beard and, I believe, a septum. Thank you to both of you for your kindness- and for also complimenting my hat. You absolutely made (and continue to make) my day!

Was greeted with a “are you picking up or do you need to order here?” followed by a dark haired girl with an unbecoming attitude taking the order. She was visibly annoyed by her lack of tip and handed me a hot coffee with no sleeve. It’s a large place with no indoor seating. The drive through situation appeared messy which is why we went inside but I’ll avoid this location forever given the poor service

Sorry but it's ridiculous this new Starbucks in a great location was built with zero seating.I was excited to visit this location, but now that I see there's no seating, I'll never be back.Really dumb decision by management.

No place to sit. It is take out only. They must not get much foot traffic because they had to get someone to open their cash register. She had trouble working the scanner so I never got credit for my points. Not a fan of this location.

A new, lovely little Starbucks that is super quick at service. The employees are friendly and kind. Store is drive-thru and mobile order, which I like because I tend to get my order much quicker. Store is always super clean too. 100% my favorite Starbucks now.
