Unfortunately, truly awful since the day they opened.
The worst Starbucks ever!!! Inconsistent with opening and closing. Apparently they don’t care about a sale. The store was closed but drive through open, I walked there, couldn’t go inside because it was closed (they do this often just randomly), called to see if I could place an order while standing outside the store but they said no to that, and the drive thru was also not an option! POOR customer service!!!! Honestly this Starbucks should close down. It’s useless No solution offered just that they couldn’t do anything. That was my last visit to this Starbucks and I will also be taking my complaint further.

From outside the place looked very aesthetic so thought of hopping in. It didn’t have indoor seating at all-we had plan to sit down and work on something. Outside was so hot. Additionally,I didn’t even get what I like. The Javachip Frappuccino was not there so she gave me a mocha cookie crumble which didn’t even taste close to what I like and the taste was not good. I’m so disappointed.

I go through the drive through (8pm yesterday), hand the employee my debit card. She informs me that she will be handing me the device that I can pay on. I'm in a drive thru, I'm not ringing myself out because you want a tip. I'm all for tipping culture but handing customers a payment device through their car windows? Totally out of control. If that was the employee's decision, she shouldn't be in customer service at all. If it was a managerial decision, this location shouldn't even be open.

Fia is a very rude woman who should not be working in customer service. Interacting with customers is NOT her strong suit. Worst experience EVER! She had a condescending, dismissive attitude which led us to have a terrible experience. Will NOT be coming back.
The Starbucks almost always has a sign about going thru drive thru even for mobile pickup orders. The parking can be tricky - not the easiest way to get coffee but I will say the staff is friendly. Be sure to plan accordingly as it can take a while.

The worst Starbucks. They have no indoor seating. They put up paper signs saying mobile order pickup is closed and you have to go thru drive thru. They mess up orders all the time or just don’t provide them. Like the app allows you to order things the store doesn’t have and rather then refunding they just say they can’t help you. Also there is hardly any parking and the store seems to only have 1 or 2 people working at a time. Hire more staff

Went to drive thru they were still open all lights on including drive thru but the worker told me they were closing soon and would not take my order I was not ordering drinks just banana bread and a pup cup I said does it make a difference if I’m not ordering anything that needs made she rudely said no - then turn off the lights to drive thru if you are closing soon - so ridiculous need better management that cares about customers Will never go back

My little sister and I went in for one item and ended up leaving with three. Kimi was amazing and gave great customer service. Kimi made our day evening better and put a smile on our faces🫶🏾

March 13 at 6:34 PM, I pulled into the drive-through and instead of being greeted, the woman literally asked me “Are you going to order?” To which I responded, “yes, if you are ready to take my order”. she then proceeded to give me some of the most foul outlandish attitude that I’ve ever experienced from a food service industry worker, to the point that I literally had to laugh as I backed out of the line to leave instead of ordering, just to avoid her negative energy. Two thumbs down
