They didn't have blended frozen frap, so I ordered a hot coffee which a generous lady paid for because they would not accept cash and they don't have restrooms. The coffee taste like water and the service was crappy. I was already having a bad day I had walked 5 miles in the cold and I looked like a begger, but all I could do was bite my tongue for fear I would lose my cool, and yes I tipped those people. Smh I should have walked away.

My only complaint is I wish they had a bathroom in the Starbucks. Especially being someone from out of state.

No wonder my cup felt so light grabbing it on the way to the train. I opened it up and it was half empty before I even had any.

It's not the end of the world but I feel a little ripped off.

Friendly staff, but this is one of the few locations that are stingy enough to charge you for a cup of water, even when buying food/coffee.

They don't have decaf brewed and no pour over option, so will charge you the price of an Americano. Staff seems nice, however.

No one in line very relaxed slow morning right now. Ordered 2 drinks, iced venti vanilla bean frap and iced venti peppermint mocha. Frap was perfect. My peppermint mocha was hot. Still yummy, but not what I ordered. Didn't take it back bcs it's still delicious. Just an fyi to be overly clear when ordering.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very open pathways and inside the starbucks for wheelchairs, strollers, walkers etc.

Coffee, tea, and food were all good. Excellent WiFi - I was able to work for a few hours. But no restrooms!!! They told me to go to the Greyhound station across the street - where the stalls lack toilet paper, the sinks are clogged, and there are signs explicitly saying ticket holders only. Get yourselves a restroom, Starbucks - how is it even legal to operate without one?

The Liberty Center, Pittsburgh store is not available for orders via the app: it shows closed when it’s open. Hence, pricing is higher at this store than other Starbucks and they don't give or accept loyalty points. The people who work there are very nice, but they can't or won't take gift cards. In my opinion if it says Starbucks, it should be Starbucks, it’s a franchise chain after all.
