I got off the train and needed a place to wait for three hours for my ride to pick me up. There were homeless everywhere and a bit sketchy area, it was also freezing cold and I was not dressed suitably for the weather. So I bought a very mediocre sandwich at this Starbucks with a mediocre brownie and waited there and used their outlet to charge my phone. No one bothered me, homeless stayed out and I was warm till my ride came.

The Liberty Center, Pittsburgh store is run by people who care more about making a much higher profit than their customers. Pricing is higher at this store than other Starbucks. They don't give or accept loyalty points. The people who work there are very nice, but the management doesn't care about the customers. They ran all of the other coffee shops out of the building so now they have a captive audience and they are going to soak their customers for every Penney. Today, three days after the holiday ended, they can't or won't take gift cards. That's it. After that I will do without coffee before I personally purchase anything in a Starbucks store.

So I left a negative review about this location the other day for not opening on time. Out of curiosity I stopped by at 6:27am and the lights were off. They changed the hours from 6am to 6:30am. I bet they weren't ready at 6:30 either! How is it that every coffee shop is open at 6am except this one? I mean, when I did go in for coffee there is always 2-6+ people in line so it's not like they're not doing business at 6am. It's a coffee shop! Not a bar! It should be open for business before the rest of the town!The service is good, the hours suck. Do better! People like routine! Now my routine is walking another block to Dunkin Donuts!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in Pittsburgh. The staff is super friendly and the store is clean. It is a relaxing and quiet place where you can sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: This store is wheelchair accessible.
I do not know how I ended up here but I was in the mood for a caffeine fix.I sore the Starbucks sign and pulled in.The baristas where friendly and very attentive.I ordered a venti mocha latte.The drink was made fast and tasted great.This location does not have the best hours for a Starbucks.Generally they are only open till 4pm except sat and sun they are only open till 2pm.I probably would only go back if I was really in the need for a caffeine fix and I was not near any other Starbucks.

Starbucks are a dime a dozen and you don't ever expect great service - but this location lowers the bar considerably. Rude staff - inattentive and a general could give a crap attitude - welcome to the modern service industry. Bonus - you can sleep in the store undisturbed. Why is it we can't strive for better?

Yum coffee. I just read other peoples reviews. LOL it is a Starbucks. It’s a good Starbucks as good as Starbucks gets cause it’s a Starbucks. To people who complain about the price then just drink your coffee at home your still over paying for coffee. Two it only takes one person to make your coffee who cares what the other staff are doing. Oh boo Starbucks doesn’t accept Apple Pay. I’m sure if you can afford an iPhone you have a credit card lmao. Another person complains there is hair in their drink , but still finishes the drink and was offered a new drinks… lol so what was the problem. They tried to give you a new drink even though you already finished yours… pretty nice staff.
