Came in to visit relatives and to visit casino. Had a great time at casino. The two young girls that were attending that morning in the am were continually talking and ignoring customers. They made one of our drinks incorrectly. The location was dirty.

I ordered a sandwich, someone else took it, the manager said”someone just walked off with that sandwich” then tried to tell me they are not responsible for taken items.

This is the dirtiest Starbucks. The counters are dirty and the floor doesn't look like it has been cleaned since they opened.

The worst Starbucks experience of my life. 20 people waiting and the works are wiping the counters like they have nothing else to do. And people come forward and ask for their drink and they play dumb like they didn’t know there were 20 people waiting and they were clearly backed up. Absolutely awful. They charge $3 more than the regular Starbucks and the service is an absolute joke. The most embarrassing and humiliating thing I have ever seen.

This place is open 24/7. We have tried getting food 3 different visits to the casino in the evenings from around 7pm to 10pm. They are out of the majority of food offered at that point. We did manage to get some small sandwich type items around 10 am one morning and they were good. This food is frozen whether it's savory or sweet so after the amount of time they have been open it would be expected that management would have it figured out by now. We were not exactly excited by a Starbucks opening but thought it was going to be nice having an option 24/7. The last time trying the girl was not even nice.
