Nasty staff. Waited over 20 minutes for a hot chocolate that was made wrong twice.. requested a regular hot chocolate and got a flavored one twice and instead of making it right then and there to remake it to get out they continue to help everybody else and make all their drinks before they even remade ourss. And it was a manager who made it incorrectly and told me it'd be right up and then continue to walk away and help other people instead of assisting us

Been coming here since moving here but after a bad experience I stopped for while , but lately specially in the morning a few baristas that really make you feel welcome and feels like they enjoy there job. One stand out for me 3 times now i have seen them (Erin) engament , warm welcome , enthusiasm, these are the people make you wanna come back.

Not impressed. They had five staff behind the counter. Multiple tables hadn't been cleaned (one had a ceramic mug left. another had crumbs and napkins left behind) So, i was stuck sitting at an unclean table.
Very unimpressed. Not to mention having locks on the bathroom doors is ridiculous. Not coming here again.

I hate this location honestly Oxford is my preferred choice. I have had multiple interactions they make me the wrong coffee hot / iced I have to get back in line to tell them that the label says one thing but they made another. they aren’t happy like please just read then it. Today ordered one of each they made me 2 hot coffees and then when I told them she snatched the coffee and told me they’d remake

I needed to go to the bathroom and I wasn’t allowed to go since I didn’t make a purchase. I was low on money and I didn’t have enough starts on my app for something free. What if I had an emergency? They are so greedy and money hungry to not let someone relief themselves. If you are about to pee yourself or your stomach hurts and you need the money you have for something important they clearly won’t let you go to the bathroom. You will be screwed in that Starbucks without money. This customer service needs to improve. What about the homeless?
