The reviews from 3+ years ago are still on point - overflowing trash cans in the lobby and dirty restrooms. Employees were chatting and didn't seem that busy but made no effort to even sweep up. Kind of a weird vibe in the cafe in general, doesn't seem like a good place to hang out. Extra star because they did have toilet paper and soap in the restroom at least

The hot chocolate was fine and the person at the counter was friendly. The entire place however was FILTHY. They had roped off the tables for some unknown reason so even though there’s space and a nice view, you must take your drink/food out. There was crap and trash all over the floor, the trash can was overflowing and there were lots of spills and straw wrappers on all the countertops. It was totally bizarre. I have never seen a Starbucks in this condition. I overheard one of the baristas explain to a customer why she put the wrong top on the drink, “Because I am heavy handed and I want to hurry up and hand people their drink.” SMH

Just so you know, this is not a ‘Dine-in’ Starbucks. The girl behind the counter who refused to let us use the restroom, even though we are paying customers. Said it was a grab and go. It was absolutely filthy and the staff was rude. They say there’s a Starbucks on every corner. I say skip this one!

When I visited this outlet they temporarily weren’t allowing seatings and so I got a takeaway! Got my favourite Cinnamon Dolce Latte and it was yumm!
