8 people working. 1 person making the drinks. Terrible attitude and service. The order printer for the hot drinks was out so they weren’t being made. Someone walked in after I ordered and walked out before they started my order. Also there are bums outside that just walk in and grab whatever drink they want.
What happened to this place!?!? It is not Starbucks fault (I assume) but this place has gone downhill w respect to atmosphere. Maybe it is the influx of homeless that are taking over the inside (and making it very uncomfortable to work or hang out). The decor has definitely changed as Starbucks has taken away the comfortable seating. Why is the only trash can by the food (isn’t this a OSHA violation). Honestly, I don’t feel safe using the bathroom (provided I can actually get in since the homeless typically use it for a long stretch to do their drugs in it). Check out the picture- tell me how many of these people are customers? Answer none - they are all homeless, just hanging out and using the power and the bathroom. Nice- glad this place has transitioned to a shelter

Tried to go in today for Coffee....the entire place every chair and table were occupied by unhoused people and their "belongings" smelly laundry, bicycle tires etc.l9ts of suspicious drug activity too.

This is the only Starbucks I will go to in the city when I come home to visit always the best drinks today for instance, I got A iced white Mocha with no ice, accidentally got messed up, but the barista was so gracious, very kind, Matt was so nice he made probably The best one I’ve ever had. Thank you, Matt for being So very kind You made me feel comfortable letting you know I could not drink the other and that means a lot to businesses because some people won’t say Anything they’ll just bad talk and never come back.
