Wife’s drink was done iced instead of hot which they replaced promptly. I got a caramel macchiato. Both tasted as though they put too much milk in it and burnt. Not a great experience.

I got a gingerbread frappe' and my friend got the pinkity drinkity. The Frappe was absolutely disgusting and my friend complained that her pinkity drink was so bland it was like drinking water.

I just ordered two drinks via Uber eats (because I can’t get to a location before y’all run out) & there were no red cups with my overpriced order. Any chance you’d like to explain & make up for this? If I had known it would be like this, I would’ve saved my $30. If I can expect to be scammed like this consistently, I’ll be looking into anywhere but Starbucks in the future ?There’s no way you ran out already by 6am.
I just recently moved here from Florida. I stop in here a few times as I can on my way to work. The staff is very friendly, but one in particular is my favorite. Her name is Abby. She remembers my name even though I’m not what you would call a regular. She is the most helpful when it comes to using the app and making sure you are getting all the points you can. I will most definitely continue to come to this location in hopes of seeing Abby ❤️
