Stopped in for a matcha between appointments, the space/atmosphere is really surprisingly relaxing and feels the farthest thing from a hospital coffee shop, which must be really nice for patients and their family. The employee Rue (spelling?) is really so great at her job, i was stressed and my hands were full, and her demeanor and attitude were that of someone who is very patient and comforting. The blond haired younger guy making the coffee's also had a very gentle personality. This location is really lucky to have employees who are so genuinely nice for the sake of the stress both hospital employees and patients go through daily.

They somehow always mess up my order ??. Whether it’s the wrong milk or supposed to be cold or hot. Either way the wrong milk almost killed me as i am now suffering severe abdominal pain. $6 for a drink that i have to wait over 30 mins for and is wrong? I just wanted to have a nice coffee this morning and my day is ruined

I've never been a fan of Starbucks but the tall brunette barista made me a blond coffee with 2 shots of blonde espresso that none of the Starbucks in my area can replicate. She was very friendly and made your company another customer..

Really amazing staff! Quick and good! I get a custom drink and the barista figured out a way to order it that makes it cheaper and simpler so there is less chance of it being messed up (it's not super complicated but easy to mess up). Very satisfied!

Yesterday I was at the hospital to help a disabled family member navigate a series of test and appointments. The kind and caring barista who was efficient, sympathetic, and positive made my day much brighter. Their customer service could not have been better. Only wish I checked their name to be able to tell the manager. Thank you for bringing kindness and caffeine on a day we needed it the most. ?
