Steak 'n Shake

FOOD IS DISGUSTING BUT THEY ALWAYS GIVE TWICE AS MUCH SO 5 STARS

Food was great. Shakes were amazing! The quickness of service however was not great. Took over thirty minutes to get water and over an hour to get food and shakes.

Unfortunate that Steak 'n Shake got mixed up with a - "private equity firm" that sunk the company. Mozel tov. There should be a law making buyers take a religious test before being allowed to buy companies. Hopefully they are reopened soon... Always had great food and amazing shakes.

My favorite restaurant. Their chicken is so filling, the fries so nice and they even have cheese for the fries! All of their milkshake choices are superb!

My Aunt and I try to eat at steak 'n shake but they was not open. It was July 1 2019. We was wondering they was not open. Please let me know.

this place is closed and I totally understand why I visited this location back on 5/5/2019 there was no reliable management and absolutely no, zero, zip, skills in how to effectively operate a fast paced business. The owner totally failed and needed to take his/her bags and run. I can only hope he or she is never involved in any restaurants or hospitality business ever again. they're looking for someone to put 10k down and earn 50%of profits I hope it's not u!

I'm not really surprised with all of the Negative reviews we been here several times our selves and the service was terrible there is a female waitress they looks at the customers that she decides to wait on if for some reason you may have gave her a tip she didn't like she would remember that and never wait on you again.

Went this evening for the first time while visiting the area from out of state.. Loved it! We were seated quickly and then served by, a very pleasant and attentive waiter named Austin. Shake was delicious, burger was also.. very moist! one of the best I've ever had. Fries were yummy and prices are Very reasonable, not outrageously high like at five guys. A great experience, will be sure to visit again the next time we're in the area. Thank you!

Amazing food and out of this world milkshakes. I always go and have the same wonderful server. He's always smiling and happy. Very kind. I am a server as well and I have never met a better server than him

Drive through was not open when we tried to go. Horrible service when we went inside.

Just got food to go .. thanks for serving us burnt burgers and pattie melt .. nice to know you don't care about your customers ! Don't waste your time here ..this place thinks they have the right to take your money and serve you garbage

We have had SO MANY problems with Steak N Shake - with this location in particular. EVERY time we come here, we are waiting (AND WAITING) to be sat, while EVERY employee IGNORES us. On quite a few occasions, we eventually gave up and left without ever be acknowledged!! We have had very long wait times for food as well.

This location is the nearest to where we live, and it's an hour and 1/2 away. We had to make a trip to Pittsburgh, so of course we hit Steak and Shake because we've missed it. This location didn't disappoint. We got shakes, we got food. It tasted good and the ambiance was everything you'd expect from Steak & Shake.

In my honest opinion, steak and shake has great tasting food. However, the last few times I went to this particular location, the service has been some of the worst I've ever experienced. My friends and I stood there waiting to be seated, and after 10 minutes no one had even acknowledged we were there, so we left. I went back again a few days later (was really craving one of their burgers) and while we got seated relatively quickly, our waitress didn't speak to us for quite some time, it took almost a half hour just to get a milkshake, and just over twice that long for our food to finally arrive. Our waitress only did the bear minimum she had to, and practically avoided any interaction with customers she could. Needless to say, if something doesn't change, I think I'll be going to five guys instead from now on.
