This place is try hard and fail hard. Everything, from top to bottom, that our group of 8 ordered was a train wreck. Things that were supposed to be hot were cold and things that were supposed to be cold (like cocktails) were room temp. The fried deviled eggs had the consistency of those superballs you used to get out of the gumball machine at Hills. The baked burrata cheese was refrigerator-cold on the inside and sitting inside the odddest circular cut piece of stale bread. The pizza? Imagine a Tombstone pizza cooked with a hairdryer. The place was clean.

Great little location, highly recommend outside seating on a nice day! Friendly staff... unfortunately the food took awhile to come out. But when it did, it was good!

Bartender was horrible! Complained about having to come into work; wouldn’t explain the tap set up; moaned when more people waked into the door. This was the only bar I’ve ever been ready to leave after walking in the door.

This was our first time at Steel Mill and we will be going back. We were hosting our friends from NY so we wanted a relaxed atmosphere with a view. The hostess was willing to seat us upstairs to catch the city view. They were accommodating for one in our party that couldn't eat meat with multiple options. The food was so tasty and our waitress was excellent. She was accommodating, friendly, and attentive. Definitely will eat there again.

Pizza was underdone. Pepperoni burnt and cheese not even melted

Food was great and the staff was very friendly! We had a burger, margarita pizza, and steak sandwich. All were excellent. It is located at the top of the Duquesne Incline so it was perfect to ride up, eat dinner, and ride back down.

This is the most affordable place on the top of the Duquesne Incline. The weather was nice, so we were able to sit outside. The food was good, and the staff was friendly.

We hosted a couples baby shower at Steel Mill Saloon on 3/9/2024. Jean and her team did an excellent job setting up and serving during the shower. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. We hosted about 60 people in the trendy second floor room and everyone raved about the room, view, food, drinks and service. I'm so happy we chose this venue for our event. Exceeded all our expectations. Thank you to Jean and her colleagues!
