Had been wanting to try this place for a while based on reviews but unfortunately was a disappointment. Came early on a weekend and despite the place being mostly empty and only having a few take out orders it took us an excessive amount to time to even put our orders in and get even water. When we did get our food it was a massive let down. My lamb curry was incredibly bland and only had (I wish I was kidding) 4 pieces of fatty tough meat and a watery sauce. The rice was clearly old and dry. My friend’s lo mein was also cold, and completely flavorless. Despite really wanting to like this place it was such a massive disappointment I don’t think I’ll be able to even give it a second chance

Boy this place was a disappointment. First of all, google map pics projects a fine dining vibe which it isn’t. In fact you’re supposed to find your own seat. Then a gentleman who seemingly didn’t want to utter Nepali words came to take our orders. We ordered a few varieties and they were very subpar. We brought our neighbors out for Nepali food since the reviews were decent. It was a huge disappointment from the moment we stepped in.

Do not order from this restaurant through Uber Eats. After my order was accepted, prepared, and marked as ready, multiple delivery drivers were told by the restaurant to cancel once they arrived, without any explanation. I wasted nearly three hours of my evening waiting for food that was never delivered. The phone number listed does not work, leaving me with no way to get answers. Only one driver was kind enough to explain what was happening; otherwise, I was left completely in the dark.
This kind of unprofessional, careless treatment of customers is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and basic respect as a customer, stay away from this restaurant.

This is a hidden gem. Limited table space tastefully appointed. Perhaps they do a lot of take out business but dining in was comfortable and welcoming. Absolutely delicious food! I had hot and sour soup (delicious) and Indian Goat Curry (also delicious). My dad had Nepali Goat Thali (also delicious! And all sides delightful, attention to detail is not lacking!).
We went back on Labor Day, I enjoyed Chicken Thali (I repeat myself, but also delicious!). Dad had Bhutanese Mixed Datsi (a delightful Himalayan potatoes au gratin).
Would highly recommend! Whenever I am back here I will seek out Subba. Cheers!

Ordered curry lamb. The lamb turned out very chewy, and the potatoes under cooked. Amout was also quite small. Not nearly worth the $14 price tag. The waiter appeared to be regid and without a smile.

The momos were good. The spicy sauce it comes with is great. The chicken thali and veg thali were good.
This place is the real deal. So delicious. We got the Thalis and chicken momos. We savored every moment. The flavors were out of this world and the food was clearly made with love. Kind and friendly staff.

Great place that’s family run, open later on days most places are closed, great place to grab something different to eat before a game or concert at the stadium. The thali is some of the best in the city. Haven’t had a bite here I didn’t enjoy yet.
The food was great and there are many different options! I got the chicken thali and it was the perfect amount of food. The staff/owners were very nice and helpful.
