Your hours are posted online and on the store door to close at 9pm. When you come to this Subway the employees just decide to close when they want (an hour early). I go back and read previous reviews and many people are having the complaints about staff and service. Management seems to be non existent or doesn’t care.

Terrible service! I usually order my food off of the subway app, and every time, something is wrong. It's usually me and my boyfriend, and he loves peppers while I'm allergic. I ordered two hoagies, and almost everything about them was different. When we got our food I received a steak hoagie, the meat I asked for, but every topping was what my boyfriend wanted. And no, his was his order, they just messed up mine. I tried to call a thousand times but no answer. I had to go to subway myself to let them know they messed up and all they could/would do is offer me a coupon for I free 6" hoagie that came in the mail a week later and expired less then a month prior.

Nothing wrong with the food. It’s the service for me. I’ve had a many pleasant experiences here but today made me want to say something. When I walked in I over heard the red head say “I can’t get 5 minutes”. While I sympathize with her, because we’ve all felt that way at times; her attitude while making my sub didn’t change from there. That makes the customer feel uncomfortable and unappreciated.I suppose what she wants is no business so she can have all the time she wants when this franchise closes and she’s out a job.

Very bad, says it’s open till 8:30PM and employee said they have closed at 8:10PM…but the sign outside still says open.

I ordered a Italian from a guy who didn’t seem too bright. When I got home I literally had green peppers and mayonnaise on my sandwich. That was it. I took it back and the guy said there are 2 sandwiches on the menu called Italian one with meat and the other without (who knew a company would give the same name to two different products?) He proceeded to chastise me and because I wouldn’t have known a restaurant would have 2 different sandwiches with the same name he said I SHOULD have known and he the lazy worker shouldn’t have needed to ask me to clarify WHICH Italian sandwich I wanted on HIS menu board and told me never to return. Like I said not bright at all.

If you close at 8:30pm as posted, then I should expect to be served when I walk in at 8:05pm. But to be turned away service is truly shocking. If you don't want to serve me, I won't be back ever again.

Went there..visiting from another state, two guys workingare sitting at a table and playing with receipts or lotto tickets, took me 3 minutes to get there attention to use the bathroom and have it unlocked... then they demanded we buy something...yes we are going to buy something, please let my wife use the bathroom.... this was the only bad part of our trip. Never have to go the bathroom on Southside incline
