What kind of subway does not take coupons? That’s the whole reason I went in there. They should have a BIG SIGN on the door especially after reading these comments because that seems to be why people come in here a lot to begin with.

Nice gentleman just a bit slow due to the amount of food ordered. I would think hiring another person for prime times to alleviate line times would be crucial for that establishment

The young man at the drive thru didn't listen very well and got my order wrong. I definitely don't eat black olives and to bite into my sandwich and get that nasty taste was horrible!! I must have repeated myself 3-4 times and it was still wrong! Can't be in the drive thru and not have good listening skills!!

Very small, staff was ok, although we saw staff drop food onto floor and pick it up and put it back in their storage thing they keep their bread in and meat in. That was gross! Then the woman’s bathroom was locked so I had to use the men’s room which is fine but when I went in it smelled not good, toilet was dirty, the walls looked like pee was all over them, leaking ceilings. Otherwise it would have been good.
We were in town with basketball and brought 9 people in all at once for food around 10am….plus the other guests in line. The young lady here was excellent and did not let being here alone overwhelm her! Great customer service…with a smile!
