This location used to be good but it must be under new ownership or management because it’s really gone down hill. The two young guys who seem to be running the place are unprofessional and immature. I feel bad for the other employees who are trying to do a good job but have to deal with them. It’s also filthy - the health department would probably shut it down if they ventured inside.

Wow! I went to this place often and always ordered on the app. Let me tell you, they get your order WRONG every time without fail!They all barely speak English, whatever as long as you can make a sandwich. The guys at the counter are looking at the order paper like it's a math test.After watching them actively make my sandwich wrong, and the sandwich maker do his intense calculations in his head. He handed me the sandwich. I took it to the table, took one bite, and my HOT TOASTED chicken sandwich is ICE COLD!I try to get a REFUND at this point, and the guy at the counter trys to tell me that Subway doesn't do REFUNDS, and he can't. I called him out, and they hid in the back of the restaurant for 15 mins. While waiting for the manager, I watched the sandwich maker make several sandwiches and not change his gloves once. Counting people's money giving change and going back to make more sandwiches. I don't know about you, but I love my Subway sandwich with just a sprinkle of DIRTY MONEY!!Eventually, the manager came out of his hiding hole in the back of the store. He looked confused as to why he was in a Subway. Eventually, he gives me some cash after around 30 mins. I get to leave the most INCOMPETENT Subway I have been too.In closing, go to literally any other restaurant. There's like 4 across the street.

This Subway is somehow head and shoulders above any Subway I've visited. As for the negative reviews, I had a quite negative experienced pre-COVID with the service I received. I don't know if things have changed, but I have consistently and repeatedly gotten stellar service and food that is way beyond expectation. You might think all Subways are the same and I thought so too until I came here. I'm including a photo of the veggie patty sub, which is only one of the many I get when I travel around the country. Might sound ridiculous, but this place is 5-star as far as Subways go.

New menu items have reinvigorated the experience. Though I miss the tomato basil wrap.
The staff are always amazing, friendly, polite and quick. The reason behind this not being a 5⭐️ rating is that they do not accept coupons. It’s privately owned. Today the gentleman was exceptionally pleasant and responsive.
