Very rude staff. There’s one girl, like she was saying no to every single thing we asked for, even if it is available like on the counter and customers can see it. Owner is not good. Nothing cooperative for customers. If you really wanna eat subway take time for 5 more mins and go to next store upitt and they are very helpful.

Ain't gonna lie this subway is kinda dead. It's nice because it takes the CMU flex dollars, but that's about it. The food is honestly worse than what's inside tepper, and the employees are not
Been here once. The employee drenched my sandwich with spicy sauce without me asking. I coughed and choken while I ate it the whole time. The rest of the sandwich is pretty good. The employees are pretty nice overall and make eye contact.

I occasionally come here when other places are too packed because this subway has little to no line. However, this subway store is poorly maintained for quality of food. The cookies are rock hard (not fresh but old) and their soda machine outputs lukewarm soda. The vegetable options are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are fresh, sometimes they are old and soggy.

Extremely rude to Muslim customer. I came in today and explained I wanted the sandwich cut with a different knife (like washing it or using a different knife) due to cross contamination because I cannot eat pork and the man making my sandwich was extremely rude. He scoffed and shook his head, then another man came out and told me “we can’t do that then we’re just not going to cut it for you” in a very rude way. I am a college student new to the area and this made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I will not be coming to this location.
