I will only come here if the older, quiet guy is working. If I walk past and see the younger people working, I will keep walking. Especially woman with glasses - very rude and unpleasant attitude.

The staff at the shop were extremely indifferent and uncaring, and they overcharged me, and the food was truly spoiled and rotten. I didn't like this place and I don't recommend it to anyone. It's a complete disgrace.

Horrible experience. Nonchalant service, and inspite of a detailed online order, the server (as pointed out by other reviews) refused to customize or follow it through. Made a dry sandwich without half the stuff we ordered. Never coming back here!!

they get really anal about adding vegetables. told me i can’t add 6-7. sure no worries, i said, and asked if i could get 4. they repeated “like i said, you can’t add that many vegetables.” i asked “how many can i add?” and they said “3.“ i don’t know why they’re so anal, and why they also didn’t just tell me to add 3 vegetables in the first place!

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! I really wish I could've left a 0 star review. I really didn't want to put this review, but there's one lady with glasses who always works in the afternoon-evening shifts that really ticked me off. I've been to this location multiple times due to being in the college area(The franchise owner is fine and I go there sometimes if he is serving). But if this specific lady is there, I leave. This last time, I gave her one last chance but she was still very rude , dirty in her work, and cheap for no good reason. I asked for the dipper last time I came in(will definitely be the last time ever). When she was making it, they usually put enough cheese to cover the whole wrap, but she just put one SINGLE SLICE in the middle. My dipping sauce was just one tiny squirt of Chipotle Ranch(bottle was full). When I asked for more(in the picture on the wall, it literally shows a full cup of dipping sauce), she said no. I was going to pay and I left no tip(she recognized that). I asked for a bag and she said I have to put it in the bag(her reason was that she had to go to the back to check on something, but she clearly went to go sit down to watch something on her phone).

This isn't the first circumstance of very subpar service. I have ordered sandwiches before and her work is very very disappointing. I understand that this is just a Subway, but I want a clean sandwich at least. Her sandwiches always come apart when eaten. She doesn't even cut the sandwich in half sometimes or not fully so you have to tear the sandwich 90% of the time, which creates a mess. I honestly think she should be replaced at her job due to her attitude and overall performance. If the Subway Franchise owner reads this, please do take this review and other reviews regarding this individual into consideration.

Very rude lady there. Place is not clean either and the lady was touching cashier and phone with her gloves. Made me wait for 10 minutes while she did online orders and did not respond since she had headphones in. Don’t come here.

All the negative reviews are sadly true and not exaggerations.
Uninterested and rushed employee, food was far from being fresh, preparing wasn’t exactly clean, and ambience was so depressing.

Delivery took around 2 hours. When I finally got the food it was cold. The customer support staff cussed us out and we had to go to DoorDash instead. Wouldn’t recommend whatsoever .
