If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a tuna on flatbread. I thought the man making my sandwich said toast and not two until I paid at checkout. I told him I wanted one and he told me I said 2. I said it was a misunderstanding; his accent was very heavy. He kept forcing me to take another one and I said just credit my credit card. He said he couldn't only the manager who wasn't there. He refused to give me the manager's name and eventually told me a made up name. I left my name and number, no one called. I called several times, no one answered and could not leave a message. You can't speak to anyone in corporate and I filed a complaint twice and nothing. Pathetic how you steal people's money and there is no recourse.

If I could give 0 I would there customer service sucks they give me 2 little cucumbers for a 6 inch then when u ask for extra they catch an attitude with you and then there was barely any meat on my sandwich it was like I was paying for bread the worst subway ever ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I order on line and didn’t know it picked everything unless you change it…. Told the so called supervisor who’s attitude sucks and she would not let me change anything before the sandwich was even made I had to go back and forth then she told me she wasn’t making it until I pled with her. So I ordered again on the app got everything right asked the gentleman this time if he could put my mvp sauce in a container he told me no he has to make it how I ordered. It doesn’t even let you choose the option to be put in a container on the app .Totally poor customer service and poor leadership skills .

In Pittsburgh staying at Marriott for the week in downtown center (Chatham). Decided to order a few of my favorite foods to keep in my hotel fridge. I used the Subway app and this location is a participant in the discounts.- Delicious footlongs- Service was ready and I had my food ready to pick up by the time I showed up- Amibance, well, its a Subway.Good customer service and clean restaurant.

I had an Italian BMT and it was amazing! The parmesan vinaigrette is what really made it awesome tho. Fast service, great price. And did I mention fresh baked bread? Perfect Sunday breakfast

Me and my two friends came in and The Asian girl made all three of our sandwiches wrong and had her air pods in the whole time. She was the only person there as well. How does someone mess up three sandwiches in a row? It’s literally just sandwiches. One of us got a ham and cheese with pickles and lettuce not even toasted and she even messed that up. Just go to market square it’s 2 streets down and they can at least make a ham and cheese right
