I placed an order for pick up on the mobile app. I picked up my sandwich and drove the 10 minutes home. When I got home, I opened the sandwich to see that it was missing black olives, pickles, and cheese. I called the store since there doesn’t appear to be a help option in the app. I get ahold of the gentleman where there is a clear language barrier. I explain that my sandwich is wrong after some back and forth. He then tells me he can remake it. I asked, not once, not twice, but three times if he’d like me to bring this sandwich back. He said no all three times. I get back in my car and start to drive there. Five minutes later I get a phone call from Subway from the same gentleman asking me if I could actually now bring back the sandwich. They wanted to take a picture of it. I explained I was already on my way there and didn’t want to go dig a sandwich out of the garbage after he specifically said not to bring it back. When I arrived the store, the older man, I’m assuming the manager or franchise owner said I should consider myself lucky he agreed to make me a new sandwich. And I said, I offered to bring the old one back. And he said it didn’t matter because I could have gone home and removed those toppings just so I could get a free sandwich. Excuse me? Go home, scape off melted cheese, remove pickles, black olives, just so I can drive back to get another sandwich? Mind blown. I do my best to be understanding and patient. I would have brought the sandwich back. But then him talking to me like that? Insanely horrible service. Very unprofessional. These new owners are terrible. I will not be back. Take your business elsewhere. And for the love of god, stop asking people to tip you for making your food. Oh and 16 for a foot long sub meal? Insane.

Negative stars for the service!! These are the absolute rudest workers I have come across, EVER! I order two subs and I have three dog leashes to hold so I politely ask for a bag with handles; guy at register gives me an extreme attitude and says it’s the same as the bag they are in…no sir that bag is bigger AND has handles! Then I ask for napkins..he hands me two single napkins..I say I’m sorry but can I get a handful these hoagies are messy (kids eating them) he sucks his teeth and aggressively grabs literally two more napkins and rudely hands them to me as if they came right out his paycheck! I was shocked by his rudeness and he made me feel like a complete weirdo because I wanted more than 4 thin a$$ subway napkins SMH. This place won’t ever see another dollar of my money again that’s for sure !!

Food could be good if I got what I asked for…the man who took my order was very rude. Went onto the next customer before I was done. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch. I received a salami n pepperoni. The young man working with him apologized several time..Will never go back.

Absolute trash ran by foreigners who use stale bread and put almost no meat or toppings on sandwiches definitely a terrible experience every time I went there since it reopened under new ownership I’ll never go back don’t put money in their pockets I hope it gets shut

I was so excited to see this location opened up again. It's so close to me and I've been driving up to Brentwood almost weekly to get my elite chicken bacon ranch salad. This one is so close. But I'm actually baffled at the "salad" I just ordered. Usually when I order a salad it completely fills the bowl. They put about the same amount of lettuce and spinach that you'd put on a footlong into a bowl. I asked for more and I KID YOU NOT the guy put 3 leaves of spinach extra into my bowl. I was actually so baffled I didn't know what to say. I usually get 4 slices of tomato - he gave me 2, not enough green peppers. The onion, cheese, and meat amount was fine. The dressing was fine (and he asked if it was enough). But like come on ... $12 (plus I tipped but I shouldn't have, so $15) for the salad I have in my picture. I added more lettuce when I got home.All of this and they also have a sign on the door that says they don't accept coupons. You tell me what that says - small amount of food given + not accepting coupons...I'll drive to Brentwood.

This subway is closed!.They finally opened up this Subway again .It’s under new ownership!.Everything inside is new very clean.The atmosphere is nice. Customer service is good.

I ordered delivery through the subway app for 2 footlong subs and one 6in melt. When the order arrived the 6in melt was not in the bag. The delivery driver had already left. I called the store to request a refund for the missing item. The woman I spoke to was beyond rude and unhelpful. She refused to provide a refund and accused the delivery driver of taking it, and said I have to call doordash. I did not order from doordash, I don't have an account with them. I have zero interest in calling a random 3rd party service that I didn't have anything to do with. I ordered from the subway app. This should not be my problem to chase down. It's frustrating enough that my kids dinner is missing without dealing with the rudeness and nastiness of this person. She told me to call the manager tomorrow, so I asked for her name so I could let the manager know that I had already spoken to her about this. She refused to give it and then hung up on me.If your company has issues with drivers stealing you'd think the last thing you'd want is employees who refuse to help when it happens.What a ridiculous situation. The whole point of your store is quick easy food. This experience was the absolute opposite. There is no reason I should be charged for food I didn't receive. And I certainly don't feel like waiting on hold for an hour with some other company (that again, I had absolutely nothing to do with) for a 6 dollar refund.
