This experience makes me ashamed to say that I used to work at a subway.

Man behind the counter seemed entirely disinterested in whatever we wanted. He seemed too busy talking to someone on the phone via his airpods to make an effort to do his job properly. Nothing covering his hair to keep it out of our food.

Two six inch subs were ordered, one sub was at least two inches longer than the other, the general dispersion of ingredients was dreadful, with the meat being piled on the bottom and everything else being thrown on top instead of evenly spread throughout. Either entirely too much or too little topping added, no inbetween.

I would much rather of gone literally anywhere else and will certainly not be returning.

I ordered a footlong Tuna hoagie (Deluxe - an extra half portion of meat) via Uber Eats. Upon receipt of my order the hoagie had less tuna than the original tuna hoagie. I am very familiar with the correct portion as I always order all sandwiches “Deluxe!!” This sandwich looked like someone took a knife and spread it on the bread like butter or jelly (the actual amount one would use of butter or jelly). I reported the experience to Uber Eats but was not refunded my money. There is an extra cost when ordering Deluxe. I have frequented this location for years so this seems to be a new practice. Three weeks ago I ordered this very same sandwich from a Subway in Penn Hills and got the correct amount on a Deluxe Hoagie so it has to be an Ownership/Management issue because all Subways are individually owned (I researched Subway Ownership). They are clearly cheating/robbing their customers. I highly recommend “Do Not Frequent This Location!!!”

They allowed my online order to go through but when I got to the store they said they canceled it because they don't honor coupons. If that was the case the order should have never been able to go through. You are wasting people's time making them drive there only to find out their order is being canceled. Crooked business.

The app allowed me to place a mobile order with a coupon for this location and it seems like this location could not afford a $4 discount because my order was immediately canceled. I called to ask why and was simply told "we are not accepting offers." Then why was I allowed to place this order with a coupon in the first place? Awful customer service on their part. Not sure how a coupon hurts your business but alright. I am going to reach out to Subway customer service to report this location for not following the newly updated Subway policy that states all locations must honor digital coupons. I recommend anybody else whose order was canceled because of a coupon do the same so that the manager/owner faces repercussions for not following company policy.

They participate in subway app promos and bogos and approve the order but when you arrive in person they will cancel the order saying they don’t accept coupons. Still haven’t received my refund. Scammers

On the app they'll let you apply coupons, but then completely CANCEL/VOID your order later without notice. They're NOT allowed to do this: "Effective Dec. 28, 2023, all restaurants will be required to honor all digital programs and promotions, including loyalty rewards and digital discounts."If this happens/happened to you too, make this known to corporate, so they stop wasting everyone's time.
