i went in with wife to get food there was a line she had to use restroom while we were waiting we asked for key and the older white woman yelled no you have to buy something first! It was just how aggressive she said it she was just impolite in frint of a line full of people

Had to buy something to use the bathroom. I understand the epidemic of using drugs is bad now but I was down here with my kids. I only had enough to feed my kids. Was forced to buy something to use the bathroom. It's not my fault my bladder is ruined due to medical condition. I'm forced to drink water to take the medication I'm one which make me need to goto the bathroom in return I'm punished for others behavior. All I ask is to read the room. I should have to risk riding home in pain for 20mins or peeing myself because the kindness is gone.

First thing they are very slow there only two people one sits around while the other just talks and takes forever with your food, and second they ain't even select what u can out just got to pick what they have on the menu it suck don't go there unless u want to be bored while waiting

My fiancée came in today and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and the manager gave him a hard time . Even after my fiancee apologized about adding additional chicken . He needs to clean up his attitude or find another source of income because his customer service skills are HORRENDOUS!

The hoagie is basically all bread with a few very thin cut of meats, so thin you can practically see through it. They don't have Italian dressing. The man who made the hoagie needs an attitude adjustment
